Easily accessible, lots of parking, staff very responsive, clean room and great to have hot coffee always available in main lobby!

Front desk was so helpful and nice. This has definitely been my go to place for a few months now.

Greetings from the Apt at 940 Washington at Landmark. We vacated about 0830 hrs today.( Sunday 3-3-2024) I could not find any exit instructions. ( so I stripped the beds and put the linens in the washing machine; however there was no laundry soap. -------------------/ I have an apartment report. Our stay was mixed. We didn't arrive until 6 pm. 🫤 The keyless entry would not work. After calling, we were given a code to a lock box. ( looked like a bicycle lock) 🤔 Had to borrow a pair of pliers to turn the top combination because it was stuck. 🫤 We only had one key which was difficult. 🤔 I took a picture of the kitchen table that looks like it has a large water stain ❤️💕💕 The beds were great. 🤨 Our coffee would not work in the Keurig pot.😞 We didn't use the kitchen. 🤨 There was only one white wash cloth and one teeny bar of soap and only one small tube of shampoo. Two washcloths would have helped. 🤔 I greatly suggest putting a strainer in the bathroom Sink. An empty hole that deep is just inviting an issue when something falls into it. I had to put a towel in the sink to assure nothing fell in.🫤 🤨🤨 The internet would not work. 🤨🤨 The WiFi would not work at all. Could not watch television. 🤔 There is no screen on the kitchen window. 🤔 The sliding glass door to the balcony works barely because the track is so full of dirt. 🤔 The balcony was filthy. 💕 The heater/air was set perfectly and very comfortable. 👀👀 I hope we are not charged an extra $50 as we did nit enter until 6pm. 🤨🫤 2 am noise below from moving furniture. Really??? Could hear furniture banging against walls and scraping along a floor for about an hour!🤨 I tried for two days, with two numbers, asking what we need to do prior to our exit time. Do we wash/dry sheets? Remake beds? What is required. No answers and nothing listed inside the apartment. (520.723.300 480.677.1625) Greetings from temporary Tennant in apt 213. Good location and easy to find in Queen Creek. The Casita was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable for my son and I. Also, the communication with the host was great with quick responses.

Excellent value. New safe neighborhood.

fully stocked kitchen, we got to use while visiting my son and his family for Thanksgiving, so allowed us to do some food prep in the suite.
