United StatesFirst, the woman at the desk was warm and friendly, and super helpful getting us a lower rate than we reserved it at!The hot tub in the beautiful and upscale feeling bathroom is why we came back. The bathroom is almost as big as the room itself! Has a stand up shower, double sink, hot tub with jets and a toilet behind a second door. I think we spent more time in the bathroom than the bedroom, LOL. The bed was a dream though with crisp white bedding that felt like heaven. The cost in regards to the quality is unheard of. Never expected to get something so perfect for such an affordable rate. Will definitely be returning on a regular basis!

Front desk agent called me twice to ask if I we were still...
Front desk agent called me twice to ask if I we were still coming, why? When we did check in our room we booked, which was a king suite, was a double queen bed room. Now I see why the agent called me twice, because she gave my room away then they lied and said it wasn't in the system. The pool was dirty and closed they didn't tell us that. Then front desk called me the next morning asking when we were going to check out because it was check out time. Then they didn't apologize at ALL. We will never use this hotel again. I didn't appreciate the harassment and the lieing.

Hotel is conveniently located to the Paragon Casino. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable and had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was huge. A.C. works really well. Good location , close to casino and Walmart. They have a wendy on the side of the hotel in.the next parking lot. A+

Great comfortable bed and quiet. It's a great place to stay but had some minor issues this time. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times.
