Good location at Levis Hamilton, nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was not included for us, but we liked the choice of the more expensive full breakfast service or the smaller (only cold) breakfast for half price. As we do eat breakfast but not a whole lot, this second option was perfect. Good availability of the elevators, friendly staff, lobby to wait meeting up with people

Can't remember her name but the lady that worked in the morning at the front desk of dark complexion was very helpful and polite, I'd definitely return because of her.

We checked into this hotel on the last day of 2024. Having stayed at this brand before and been very satisfied, we chose it again. Fortunately, there was a discount this time, making it very cost-effective. The hotel environment is excellent. My favorite feature is the coffee station at the front desk, which provides hot water! The towels in the room are also very new and thick! The breakfast is exceptional—abundant, high-quality, and very satisfying. Starting the first day of the new year with such a meal was a delightful experience. The staff were diligent, consistently ensuring the food was replenished and the seating area remained clean and tidy.

Breakfast was horrible. I picked this hotel because it came with “breakfast “. Something happened and the food choices were not good. Cold stone eggs and cold stone turkey sausage patty’s because the hot container was not on. No juice-couldn’t get the machine to work. No milk-was leaking out the spout. No waffles…not sure why? No utensils in anything that was put out! My daughter had a cold plain tortilla and a hard boiled egg. I had coffee and at least a bagel. HORRIBLE
