The front desk person at check in was welcoming and professional (I saw him just once). The facilities are excellent and at a very convenient location. It was easy to get from and to O’Hare Airport. Breakfast was included and it was good. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and everything, such as plates and cups were always available. I saw some hard working women in that area 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙂.

The bed linen was dirty and smelled of sweat, there was no hot water in the shower, but overall the place was quiet and peaceful!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby / bar area was inviting with a pool table and board games. There was inclusive coffee available for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. All in all the hotel had a nice vibe and was good value for money.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Got the best sleep in the 2 nights we were there.

It was very clean. They changed towels every day. Even the shower curtain was changed on the second day.

Location of the property made it accessible to the sites and sounds Arlington Hieghts. Staff are welcoming and so their best to provide you with comfort.

Excellent Atention and Manager

The kitchen in the suite was great. Included a stovetop, dishwasher and full sized fridge. Also the room had dishes and a coffee maker. It was very useful for my stay at the hotel.

Room is spacious with a sofa and kitchen counter available as well as microwave and fridge. Area is quiet and bed is comfy. Breakfast was as expected at a budget hotel.

Hello, It was a great experience for me. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I only had problems with the wifi, but Ahiman, one of the hotel staff, helped me a lot with this. I had booked a king room, but when I wanted to change my room due to wifi, they transferred me to a higher level room without charging a fee. The hotel is generally very clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to public transportation and also has a parking lot for those with a vehicle. It was a good experience overall. I would like to thank Ahiman very much. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
