Friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean with an excellent hot shower. Good breakfast, with the option of hot or continental. A nice restaurant was situated behind the reception, which we only used on one occasion due to other commitments. The meal we did have was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

slow breakfast that we paid for and turned out its only for 2 guests not for all 4 (2 kids didn't get option for food - 35 minutes waiting for eggs and rude and inattentive staff ; bathroom had mold in ceiling and our kid has asthma - not good ! heater did not work and worst thing was the pool - main reason we booked the place for ! pool was unusable as AirCondtioner in pool area was blasting arctic cold air in January winter weather ! we reported the issue and no fix ! never going back !

Needham has a lot of great restaurants and is close to Boston. Getting around Needham by car is easy. The hotel is close to Panera, which the grandkids loved. There are also nice restaurants for couples like Blue, which had wonderful gourmet pizza! There are supermarkets nearby and all kinds of stores. We like that it is less expensive than staying in Boston, a really nice town, easier to park, and yet close enough when you want to visit Boston.

There is a Stop and Shop nearby, which is great because we had a two burner stove and a full size refrigerator . Also had a dishwasher and everything we needed for cooking except a mixing bowl which I brought with me. Restaurants are nearby. The place was great and we loved it!

The hotel was extremely clean and breakfast was a plus. Extremely convenient to Gillette and Boston. We stayed here after a Gillette event with plans for Boston the next day. Easy to get to from the highway and all the amenities you could need!

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was also renovated, well-maintained and convenient. Staff were excellent, very warm and helpful. Was there for a conference, and stay was convenient as shuttles were arranged from and to the hotel.

Room was big with full kitchen. Bathroom was nice. Parking easy ( at 10$ per day). Breakfast was good, not too many options but for two days more than enough. There is also a small market area if you need to buy something inside the hotel.
