The breakfast was excellent . The room was incredible comfortable and spacious though I was on holidays I was still working..The staff were fantastic and so helpful. I had a small request and a chap was at my room waiting for me Fred was his name in and out in 3 minutes and so helpful. There was 1 lady at breakfast I am not sure whether this Lady was Chinese or Japanese this lady was special she would meet you every morning with a smile and ask could she help with anything. My wife and I look forward to staying at your hotel next year.
