Sam, his wife and Sweeney are absolutely phenomenal people. Rooms are very clean and pet friendly the hotel is conveniently located around multiple stores and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel the Indian Curry Corner has delicious and affordable food highly recommend the chicken Tikka masala and garlic naan. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back again very soon

The room was very spacious and was very well stocked with kitchen supplies in the kitchenette area. Bathroom was on the smaller side, but served its purpose. Room was clean, and fresh towels were provided each day. TV was Roku, so getting some channels (like sports) did not work for us. Great location within walking distance to a small, quiet, non-crowded beach with restrooms. The Inn had wagons available for carting things to the beach so you did not need to carry everything. It was also a short walk to a 1 mile boardwalk along the water for walks. Although no pool, the Inn had a nice outside seating area in the back that was quiet. We look forward to returning.

Not enough to do. Seemed like a declining area. I'd rather stay in Mystic or Newburyport. They need a better variety of restaurants. Most served bar food or diner type food. The bakery on main street is exceptional!

Niantic is a beautiful town with a nice atmosphere and a lot...

Niantic is a beautiful town with a nice atmosphere and a lot of light. Walking by the beach side or through the small roads alongside the beach is lovely. St Agnes church is very nicely located and the town has its own charm with its very cute Book Barn and its restaurants and cafes alongside the central street. It would be a nice one or two days discovery trip.

We liked everything , can’t say anything bad about the place We enjoyed our time. The beach right across the street, The 374 restaurant was great the bakery and everything was in walking distance. Don’t forget the homemade ice cream shop.

Room was extremely clean. Bakery just a few steps away that opened early (5AM) and also served coffee, etc was a nice plus. Room fairly priced and appreciated no extra resort fees like many accommodations now a days.

It was a awesome stay here, to start with when i entered it was a beautiful ambience at the from desk staff was polite n humble, i requested for lower level but the property is having elevator so no issues with that though she gave me on first floor only, clean and hygienic rooms, bathroom was absolutely clean, late check inn but staff was there to checked me inn by midnight too, in the morning breakfast which was complementary was also perfect overall i preferred to stay here again. loved the stay.

Check in was efficient and easy, and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room may not have been the most stylish, but it was clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect, just across the street from a lovely beach, and Niantic itself is beautiful.
