We loved the simple modern design of the lobby area and the rooms. The rooms were bright, clean and very comfortable. We liked watching the planes landing from our window! Breakfast was very good with all the basics you could need. We would definitely stay here again!

I chose this location because of its proximity to the Allstate Arena, and I am so glad I did! My room was very large and immaculate! The staff during my stay were all extremely pleasant and helpful... I had a minor maintenance issue and it was resolved right away. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and I thought the variety was very good. The free airport shuttle was very handy as well... also very pleasant drivers. I would absolutely recommend this property... good work guys!

The hotel staff was unresponsive, and there was a lack of drinkable water available on the premises. Despite offering to pay extra for water, there was insufficient supply. I initially made my reservation through Booking.com, but unfortunately, it was not accepted. As a result, I had to make a walk-in reservation late in the evening.

I booked because I like that there is private parking for...

I booked because I like that there is private parking for guest and it’s affordable. However, I was disappointed because I booked 2weeks before our trip and it is confirmed but when I checked-in after midnight, they said there is no reservation for us. I even show her the booking number but insist that there’s nothing like that and they cannot accommodate us because they are fully booked. They should call me first if I need the room or I cannot arrive on time but nobody called me. Me and my kids came from a long exhausting trip and want to just sleep for few hours because we will go to our next destination. I’m so disappointed and upset. I will never book again a property that ask pay at the property. Because if you missed the check-in time, they will cancel it without calling.

If you plan on using the pool don't check in there. Absolutely filthy. Was told there was no updated filtration system in place. Since we had anticipated swimming I feel I should receive a partial refund as not as described.

I liked absolutely everything.The hotel and the room are clean, no foreign smells, good bed, comfortable. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, sausages, yogurt, milk, pancakes, juice, coffee, egg, bread. Everything is delicious.We were lucky. Even the church is within walking distance!
