The staff was excellent and the room was clean

We are so thankful for Victor the evening receptionist he was a breath of fresh air! My mom walked in after a bad experience at best western he was very welcoming and pleasant and helped us. We booked thru booking.com but the reservation. Never came thru so he messaged his manager Jen and at 8-9pm she was answering him so we ended up paying for 1 night to just get in a room and feed my 8 month old. And get my 3 year old down for bed. Next morning the front lady was amazing (we are so sorry we forgot her name) and we met Mrs. Jen with her Friday morning and she said our booking still never came in so we did have to cancle thru booking and they contacted Mrs. Jen to help us out and we got it handled and paid for our stay thru the 4th. They had just opened to guest Tuesday the 26th of May but we were absolutely impressed the rooms were amazing we will be staying here each time we come up and anywhere else we travel will be looking for Hilton hotels.

I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. From the warm and professional staff to the clean, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations. The amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service made my stay truly memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The staff was pleasant. I like the fact that they had a bar with light refreshment. The bartender that was there was the best he rock 10 out of 10

I liked everything so much I'm staying another night and maybe another I'm waiting to get moving to my new house and I choose this hotel every time I have to stay somewhere

Absolutely had a great stay, the room was more than I expected! The bed was super comfy. Close to the Xfinity center which we went to see Jellyroll, and the distance and drive time was remarkable. Definitely will stay here at the next concert.
