Easy access off the highway, ample parking, within walking distance of Yale Campus, there is a Yale shuttle stop right outside of the building for farther venturing, quiet neighborhood. Altogether a good value and a great place to stay.

The apartment was cozy. The kitchen was well stocked for light cooking as far as pot, pan, utensils, etc. Chocolates in a dish upon entry! There was a nice little hot beverage set up that included coffee, tea and cocoa. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, and the bedroom had lots of pillows and throws. Living room was comfy. I was working most of the time, so having a nice little place to sit and work with a throw blanket was super comfortable. The host stayed in contact to check in on us and was quick to answer questions.

The Decor, particularly olive color and textures of rugs and floor. Very calming after exciting/traumatizing events like 50 Year Alumni Reunions. And Directly on my normal route to visit New Haven relatives.

Very clean, employees were all very nice and friendly.

Very clean, employees were all very nice and friendly. There was no hot breakfast l. When we booked our stay the hot breakfast was suppose to be included in the cost of our stay. It was not and there was no advance notice regarding the change.
