Good location for Mohegan sun. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great shuttle service to Mohegan sun. Clean and comfortable. The bistro is only open for breakfast and dinner. The marketplace has food, drinks, and toiletries you may have forgotten. They advertise early check in but won't guarantee it.

chose this hotel for its proximity to Mohegan Sun for a Jason aldean concert. Hotel was clean and close to the venue. The shuttle ran every hour and you sign up at desk. Driver was friendly and accommodating we really enjoyed him. Shuttle runs until 2 am. The room was clean beds very comfortable and clean. Small bar onsite very friendly. Nothing extravagant but perfect for a girls' overnight out. They had water and and snacks available in lobby for purchase and breakfast was eggs bacon bagels muffins etc included. I would highly recommend this for a short stay and somewhere to be base while doing business or attending an event at the nearby casinos. Staff was very friendly. It isn't a five star hotel but it is perfect for the location clean, comfortable and all the conviences for a short stay. Oh and there is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I am a picky traveler. And I'm glad we stayed here.

The parking was great, access to the room was good, I liked the lounge where we met some friends and Patty, the bartender, was very friendly. The only negative was the group of young people who woke me up talking loudly, yelling and laughing in the halls late one night. I felt whoever was at the front desk should have quieted them down. Fortunately it didn't last too long and I got back to sleep. We were in town for a family wedding and the church was in Lebanon, the reception in Montville and we had brunch that day in Norwich so we loved the location as it gave us easy access to Rte 2.

It was a nice clean and quite place where You get your money worth but breakfast is not included in the price of the room. The restaurant on the premises was awesome. Also the food was was great and you get your money worth.

The primary purpose of our trip was to visit family. Therefore, we didn't spend time sightseeing or doing much shopping. However, the trip was very pleasant and the people at the hotel or stores where we shopped were very nice. It was easy to get around and convenient to where we needed to be.
