CanadaMotel Nicholas was comfortable, very clean and the location was quiet. The rooms have all been renovated and are very roomy. Coffee pot, small fridge and microwave in the room. Don't be fooled by the outside. This is a charming motel, where you don't have to drag your suitcase up flights of stairs and down long corridors. Parking right outside the door! I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Omak.

There was nothing to like - the property suffered a fire a few months ago and is locked shut, covered in construction fencing. I am not sure why this property is still active on booking - it was awful to arrive after driving 11 hours to find that I in fact did not have a hotel reservation.
