Comfortable and decorated with thought. Very cute decor. The yard was very large and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Everything was very clean inside. The central location in Orick is great. There is always a friendly and helpful contact for questions and concerns.

Not a hotel or motel! All these “cabins” actually are duplexes with a 1 or 2 bedroom “house” on one side and room more like a motel room on the other. Outside there are picnic tables, fire pit ready to light, ping pong, elk!! , and the location is just a quick short drive to the Redwoods. They are comfortable, clean and the studio has a big table for meal prep and eating, mini frig and a microwave. Parking is great.. like at home can park in your driveway.

Perfect location to visit redwood, especially from the Bay Area since the cabin is at the south side of the national park. And it’s very close to the 2 must visit places: tall tree and fern canyon. The communication with the host was extremely easy. I sent a question at late night and got instant response. And they sent maintenance person first thing in the morning to make sure everything was ok. Such nice and caring host! The cabin is in great condition. For those of you who like to rent a place with kitchen so that you can cook, you will find everything you need!

We had stayed there before, about a decade ago when my son must have been about ten, so I had a pretty good idea what to expect; however, Bogart--the host--was exceptionally helpful! We asked for a tea kettle and he immediately provided a brand new one. He also suggested renting rubber boots for the hike in the Fern Canyon; thank god, we listened to him! There is no better location for hiking on the Redwood coast, especially given the unpredictable weather at this time of the year. Wildlife, especially the elk outside of our windows, was definitely a bonus too. Ultra quiet and clean too.

Location was lovely. This is quite an upscale RV park!! We stayed in a "cabin" which looks like a converted trailor. Very sweet. The ocean view is a bit exaggerated, (we were quite far away). But we loved listening to the seals at night.
