Located on Maui's North Shore, this boutique property in Paia town offers access to 3 miles of white sand beach, relaxing amenities and convenient access to a wide range of activities. Excellent central location in Paia with private beach access. Staff was great.
Overlooking the North Shore of Maui, Lumeria Maui is an educational retreat center featuring ocean views. Enclosed by 7 acres of lush gardens, yoga and meditation classes are offered daily. Surrounding landscape , stylish and comfortable rooms, close to nature , outdoor pool for swimming under the stars , friendly and helpful staff!
Featuring an outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, this Makawao (Maui, Hawaii) B&B features a free breakfast. Free WiFi and a kitchenette are provided in all rooms. Ho'okipa Beach Park is 6.8 mi away. The treatment of the owners was excellent and they made sure we arrived well. They are super punctual with breakfast and at 7 in the morning they leave it at the entrance of the room. By the way, breakfast was very good to continue the adventure in Hawaii early. The room is large with the necessary good and clean. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you
Located on Maui, Courtyard by Marriott Maui Kahului Airport features an outdoor swimming pool and is less than 5 minutes’ drive to Kahului Airport. Everything. Best cost benefit for sure. Amazing staff and hotel. Its located in a very strategic spot, in my personal opinion. Close to the beginning of road to hana and just 20 min away from the beaches to south and west.
Located in Haiku on Maui’s north shore, Adventure in Paradise features two units, each with an ocean view and a private hot tub. Free WiFi is included. Kahului Airport is 9.3 mi away. This place is amazing, beautiful landscape, jaccuzzi every evening to relax, very spacious accomodation. I was 6 months pregnant and the bed felt incredible. I recommand 100%.
We liked that we were in a small hotel in a small 'touristy' town. The location is almost ideal for travel to Hana and the National park. The unit was spacious and more than adequate for short stays. There is no TV in the unit which was fine with us. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and we had breakfast there but it is open into the early evening. The small town is full of "cute" stores and other casual eating choices with just a short walk. The only drawback is the traffic backup at the single traffic light. It can take 5-10 minutes to get thru the light.
Excellent shopping and restaurants, beautiful beaches. Mana health foods was excellent for those who don't want to spend the money going out for every meal. They have a huge variety of food including a hot bar. SO many great shops, and cafe's too.
Paia is a great place to stay one night before your drive the road to Hana. Other than that, there really isn't much to do in the town. There are better beaches in Maui. We stayed 3 nights and could've done just one and been fine.
Great little town. A very cool relaxed vibe throughout. Lots of places to eat and drink with great food throughout. The Flatbread cafe for pizza and the RocknBrew bar for a sensational range of beers on tap
Great base for exploring the island but rental car is a must. Loved the artsy vibe and small town feel. Lots of shopping in small stores if that is what you enjoy and choice of excellent, laid back restaurants. For groceries (and organic food) go to Mana; the store is very reasonable. Close to good surfing beaches and lots of hiking. If visiting, park you car at the entrance of town and walk.
Paia is a good place to stay for a couple of nights so you can spend one day driving up to the summit of Haleakala volcano and then you can drive on to Hana. Don't miss the breakfast at Paia Bay Coffee house or dinner at Flatbread Pizza, both on Hana Highway!
