Ive been bringing my family and friends for over 30 years...
Ive been bringing my family and friends for over 30 years every summer. We've enjoyed boating the Colorado River, golfing at Emerald Cyn, hiking and enjoyed many fine meals at the local restaurants. Always a wonderful and memorable experience.

After a only 3 going to Parker area last year, we passed the...
After a only 3 going to Parker area last year, we passed the word and brought 10. We needed a larger place that would be pretty (even though not on the Colorado), affordable, and in a place for getting to the spots we wanted to visit as well. Sun-Dappled looked good. It did not disappoint us. If the group stays that size, we'd consider coming back.

Had a great dinner at the Casino on the 1st night.
Had a great dinner at the Casino on the 1st night. Great Casino, lots of slots and table games, good location. Had many Mexican Food choices and diner food choices around town. Great water view food and bar choices. Desert bar although rainy Had live music and cold drinks, a must see if in Parker.

DO NOT STAY AT THE QUALITY INN AT PARKER!!
The first room that they gave us, the lock did not lock at all. We moved to a different room and the smell was awful, the noise outside was unbearable. In the morning when we went down for breakfast they only had waffles and peanut butter. The front desk told us that they ran our of money in the budget.
We were overcharged after we moved to the room with a lock, they raised the rate each night. When I called to get the charge adjusted, the person that I spoke with at the motel hung up on me saying that there was nothing they would do because we knew what the charges would be and at least they offered waffles.
DO NOT STAY HERE, IT WAS AWFUL!!

Parker is a neat vacation town/retirement community.
Parker is a neat vacation town/retirement community. The restaurants are good. They have at least a couple of grocery stores and pharmacies. There are lots of recreational activities going on - lots of things for you to find to do on your own.

Victor was great help with my stay… we literally only slept there I stayed with my 3 littles… hotel is older and outdated but as long as there were no bugs me and my littles slept great… we stayed for 2 nights and we couldn’t beat the price… Again thank you Victor!!!

The location is the best for my reasons for traveling to the area. The rooms are quite comfortable and have all of the amenities you would need to stay comfortably for a week or more.

Better than we expected. Friendly staff clean room. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but a 1 minute walk to a good breakfast restaurant. We will stay here on our next trip to Parker.
