United StatesVery clean hotel. Older so rooms are larger than modern hotels but updated and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Bathroom was also large and clean. A/C worked well, beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Location just off the freeway so easy on/off but also very close to town of Pendleton where we went for food and grocery shopping.

Great stopping point for us.
Great stopping point for us. We usually stay at the Wildhorse casino if traveling by RV. Driving the auto this time and needed a room. Happy we found the Rugged Country Lodge. Great family restaurant and lounge close by. The Saddle was it's name.

Stayed during the Pendleton Roundup Rodeo. This annual event is one of the nations premier rodeos. Aside from that Pendleton offers interesting shops and restaurants in the city center worthy of a stop.

Pendleton was great the hotel lady sucked was rude and then your customers service lady wouldn't not listen then had to call back and that lady kinda listen she said I would get my refund then su t so.e cra about send an I voice when I told her we had no more mo ey to get another room just a bad experience from e eryone involved in this situation thanks for making trip not a good trip but stressful

The room and the accommodations were great.
The room and the accommodations were great. Not much of a view or places I. The immediate area to walk to to, but a great place to stay if you are traveling through the area or if you have activities planned in town. The rooms were very clean a spacious. The continental breakfast had plenty of options. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Hamley's is a must stop to see western things. Beautiful hand work interesting saddle making. Beautiful hand-made items.

Was there for Eastern Star Grand Chapter at the Pendleton...
Was there for Eastern Star Grand Chapter at the Pendleton Convention center. They are absolutely wonderful people to work with, and the facilities are always neat and clean,
There is plenty of shopping and several visited the Pendleton Woolen Mills and were very impressed.

Conveniently located hotel in the center of Pendleton, attractions, restaurants, stores in walking distance. The hotel was recently renovated, the design is modern and attractive. Our room was very spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom was a bit on the small side but the shower was nice and hot. The motel-like breakfast was ok. The price for the stay was very good.

The breakfast was lovely, simple but covered all bases. The breakfast room was lovely and tidy, and very comfortable. The location in Pendleton was great, we were within walking distance a lovely diner just down the road. The staff were very polite and helpful. We loved the overall rustic style of the place. One of our favourite hotels to stay in.
