Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, convenient, location, and nice breakfast!

Cost was the main issue but the hotel and staff were great lovely cleaning swimming pool disappointed the cost didn’t reflect that breakfast should have been included . Easy access to my route south

I just love the hotel alone always makes my stay comfortable and the staff is always friendly

My room stunk, terribly. Like someone very dirty had been allowed to stay there for too long. Maybe years. At times, I felt sick in the room due to the odor. I just needed a place to crash for a night while traveling.

Fantastic hotel. Great staff. They upgraded us!

Lovely receptionnist. Very helpful and friendly.

Spacious, comfortable, great breakfast

Breakfast excellent, too small of selections cereals

Garden of the Gods Resort is easily one of the nicest resorts that we have stayed at around the world. It’s pretty hard to beat waking up to that view everyday! From the helpful staff to above average sized rooms we would struggle to fault our week visit, especially travelling with a baby where things are never simple. The resort is also perfectly located for those looking to explore Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs or further afield in the state.

Nice staff, goog localization.

Jill was the absolute best! She was incredibly hospitable and kind. She made our trip wonderful! We also had a wonderful dinner at the golden hour and Deshun was amazing!

Their food was unbelievable and so fresh

everything! (: it’s pretty comfy

First of all, I was very pleasantly surprised with this stay. In fact, staying here was an accident. I was extending my stay at another hotel, but because I was exhausted from traveling, I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. I contacted this hotel and explained the situation, hoping for a refund, but the host ignored my request. Not wanting to waste the room fee, I still drove here. Location: Very convenient, with many hotels around. The scenery is beautiful — watching the sunrise light up the mountains in the early morning was like a painting. It's away from the busy downtown area and very quiet. Comfort: The bed is neither too soft nor too firm, the quilt is thick, and the bedding is clean and tidy. Breakfast: A wide variety of options, clean and hygienic, meeting most basic breakfast needs. Front Desk: A male receptionist — very smart, quick to respond, with standard polite service. Nothing special to mention, as I was mainly here just to not waste a night's room charge, so I didn't pay much attention at the front desk. Overall: Exceeded expectations by far.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Free coffee was great!

Great time. Great staff. Great environment.

Bit of an old place, but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a reasonable size - accessible bathroom, so that was huge! Breakfast selection good. Plenty of parking. Table, but only one chair in the room - but they readily provided another when I asked.

Water pressure is great for the shower.
