CanadaWe were so lucky to find this place last minute, and it was a fraction of the price of everything else available. The location was amazing, right in the middle of glacier, and the staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and welcoming.
The accommodations were comfortable and as long as you’re not looking for five star high-end digs, this is a perfect base to enjoy the area and feel the mountain vibes .

PolandBear Creek Ranch is a perfect place to stay while visiting Glacier National Park. We had a lovely time enjoying the peaceful, natural surroundings. Our cabin was very clean and cozy, and we loved spending time on the porch. The owners are incredibly friendly and make an effort to chat with every guest and their welcoming pets are absolutely adorable. I highly recommend staying at Bear Creek Ranch!

Right place for our trip through to Banff Canada.
Right place for our trip through to Banff Canada. We toured the Glacier west, just 10 miles away. Hadley day touring around the park. Great bone fire at the cabin and had a great sleep. The manager couple and Joe took care of us. I would stay again next time for a longer stay.

We could have enjoyed this place if we were younger and more...
We could have enjoyed this place if we were younger and more adventurous. Unfortunately, we went during a heat wave and the fans were not able to clear the heat in the cabin until after sunset.
The Tavern, the only source of food there was still closed when we were there. we had to drive 16 miles to Glacier West for nourishment.
And oh ! be prepared for the rumbling and tooting of the trains late evening and early morning

This place was outside the park but not too far from the west entrance. The price was good for location, and the restaurant was very good for the price. There is some Highway noise, but it really wasn't an issue after a day of hiking and the traffic wasn't bad at night.

This would be a great place for a loop through the road to the sun and route 2. The park road is very slow. West to east has the advantage that most of the pullouts are then on your. You can get a permit to drive the road by reserving with a concessionaire. We had a delightful 1 and half hour boat ride on st Mary lake.

We stayed a couple of days at this hotel. Very comfortable and relaxing. The owner's wife Masi was fantastic. Perfect place to stay while you are exploring and visiting the area, only 15 miles from Glacier National Park! Room was good, it wasn't quite winter yet - so we lucked out on some good weather for our trip. I messed up the days (I thought) we were staying at the hotel (my fault), but while the Owner was unpleasant about it - his wife was nice and made things right with us. Would suggest that you stay here - great location!

the hotel is directly behind train tracks with trains passing throughout the night. The walls are very thin so noise is a problem. The room was clean and the beds were fine.he food we had in the dining room was pretty decent but three is no breakfast available and coffee in the froom was enough for a cup per person. In particular for those travelling to 2 medicine lake or there abouts, the description says the distance is around 20-30 minutes travel time when it takes, actually, almost an hour.

Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The only BUT it’s located between the highway and a railroad tracks. So it gets noisy sometimes.

The Hotel is located near to West Entrance of Glacier park which is easier to commute. The rooms are good for family.
