Was not given breakfast. We did not have keys to room., key machine was not working since Wednesday that week. Told we needed to get staff every time we needed to access room. Was horrible. The staff was horrible. Very rude. Stains everywhere in room. On bed chairs bathroom floors you name it was stained or looked broken. Four lamps in room only 2 worked. Manager was rude obnoxious and just plain horrible. She parked in handicap spot and when questioned why the cars in the spots did not have placards she said it's private parking and there were other spots to use she did not care

The motel is owned by a white family. Very, non caring people, they do not give a dam about your stay once you have paid them. The receptionist Aladen was very nice , very accommodating , she is a black lady an employee not part of the owners family. She tried her best to help us anyway she could.

    I had to change rooms because the original room was up a flight of stairs which I would have difficulty with a bum leg, as it turned out the motel did not have a back door so I had to walk around the motel to get in the front door. not very convenient but over all the room was adequate. just barely.

    I was looking for somewhere to stay for 1 night near Saratoga Race track. The prices are very high everywhere else. This was about 15 min away and the price was right. No bells or whistles but was perfect for what I was looking for.

    The best thing I liked was the indoor water park and the worse thing was no cash accepted anywhere on the property. Also I think the prices for the gift shops and the food and the hotel room is a bit expensive, I feel like they could definitely benefit more from making it more affordable for families so we could afford to visit more than once or twice a season.

    This was a last minute booking.

    This was a last minute booking. I booked this as a affordable place for party of three the closest to Saratoga Spring. So we got what we were paying for. It is nice if somebody wants to visit Saratoga Spring and Lake George since place is between. The hotel is pretty close to highway so it is noisy.

    Hotel was clean, rooms clean, breakfast adequate. It could use a little sprucing up but definitely worth the money and a good location to Lake George. There was an indoor pool, but would have preferred and outdoor pool.

    Queensbury is a great location!

    Queensbury is a great location! Right off the highway and just south of Lake George Village. It has tons of shopping at the outlets and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Close to many attractions. We love the whole Lake George area.

    The hotel room itself was decent, except the floor want swept properly. We were extremely disappointed because when booking the hotel, it said breakfast was included, but when we went to get some, all there was was toast and cereal. They didn't even have coffee. The location the hotel is in is beautiful. The staff was friendly! Would book again, but they need to fix their breakfast or just remove that completely

    The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were very approachable and we appreciated their kindness. The kids loved the arcade. The hotel lobby is large and inviting. The distribution of the continental breakfast was very organised. the location was wonderful as it's around the corner from many restaurants, shopping and entertainment for the kids.

    Excellent hotel overall. Staff were amazing, especially Christie (apologies for wrong spelling!) who did an amazing job running and organizing breakfast. Great pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, especially the care and attention toward avoiding meat contamination. Bravo.

    Location, for sure. The Hotel manager was awesome and helped us out when our car battery died all of the sudden! On a Sunday ! A big thank you for your kindness really. Beds were comfortable, not noisy, good breakfast. I would suggest adding a love seat/small couch to the double rooms.
