It was nice & clean. Staff was nice . I’m not sure why the other reviews were so harsh. I had a double queen w/ a jacuzzi. My hubby & I enjoyed our Stay!

Purely an overnight stop along Rt. 10 convenient to the...

Purely an overnight stop along Rt. 10 convenient to the highway. Nothing to do or see, poor selection of restaurants. I will find a better place along the route next time. Holiday Inn Express did provide breakfast and coffee. Pool area poorly maintained, and pool heater not working. Do NOT go to the local barbecue place, Perry Lynn's Smokehouse. A local biker bar with mediocre food and an intimidating atmosphere -- should never have been on the hotel's "recommended local restaurants" list. Go instead to the local Mexican restaurant, the Laredo Grill. Decent happy hour prices, good food and pleasant service.

The air in the room did not work in the room we were given...

The air in the room did not work in the room we were given at check in. They had to move us to a new room . In the new room the shower did not work right the shower head wouldn’t spray right you couldn’t change the settings on the shower head . Other than that the rooms were clean very good breakfast and friendly staff
