The service was excellent, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special thank you to Marlo for such a warm and welcoming check-in, especially in the middle of the night — it really made a difference after a long trip 🙌 Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only small thing to note — housekeeping knocked in the morning regarding cleaning, so for travelers arriving late at night, I would recommend putting the “Do Not Disturb” sign in advance to avoid being woken up. Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend! 👍
