Less than 7 miles from O’Hare International Airport and the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, this hotel features rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. A continental breakfast is served each morning.... I was in the US for 21 days travelling to multiple cities and staying 2/3 nights at each. This was my favourite stay, the room was like a small apartment. Due to Covid restrictions not all services/facilities were available and check in was a bit impersonal although it was quick and efficient. The room had a massive bed, a small kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer, desk and armchair. It's very close to the airport and a short drive to the local shops. Unfortunately for me the weather was bad so I wasn't able to explore the area but I enjoyed the luxury of the room. Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable, I would recommend it to anyone that needs to stay near the airport. I had a rental car as downtown Chicago is about 30 miles away. I could have stayed a week or more as I felt right at home. 5 Stars. Quiet, parking right outside and everything you need for a comfortable, stress free stay.
Just 5 miles from O’Hare International Airport, this Franklin Park hotel is just off Interstate 294 and offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. This is the second time that I've stayed at this property. Large, quiet, and comfortable room. Off-street parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
The Best Western Plus O'Hare South hotel in Franklin Park, Illinois is located just five minutes from O'Hare International Airport and offers a free airport transfer service. The best western hotel bed was very comfortable the room was clean the breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was convenient. Would definitely recommend if you have a layover need a place to sleep.
Ideally located 6.2 mi from Chicago O'Hare International Airport, this modern hotel offers free airport shuttle service to and from the airport and spacious guestrooms in Northlake, Illinois. we had two dogs with us and they made sure we got a double so the dogs had their own bed they loved it!
Just 3 miles away from O’Hare International Airport, this Quality Inn offers free airport shuttle services, complimentary hot breakfast and free WiFi. I chose this hotel as it is very close to O'Hare International so perfect when one is looking for a place to rest before their next flight. The hotel offers an airport shuttle that runs 24hours per day (every 30mins). Getting the shuttle from the hotel to the airport is easy and convenient. The bus is spacious so there is plenty of space for passengers and luggage. The driver was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a free breakfast which we, unfortunately, could not use as our morning flight was very early. There is coffee/tea available all the time in the lobby which is wonderful as well as handy vending machines. The onsite restaurant (Bar & Grill Restaurant) is open until 23h00 and offers very good delicious meals for a good price. The reception staff are wonderfully helpful and available for any questions. The room with a king-sized bed was large and comfortable with coffee maker, ironing board with iron, small fridge, microwave and hairdryer. The hotel itself seems like an older establishment but it is well maintained, updated and clean. The road next to the hotel is extremely busy and quite noisy but one is still able to sleep peacefully. There is plenty of onsite parking if that is needed. I would definitely book this hotel again if we are needing to stay close to O'Hare.
Too far away from Chicago….public transportation too far away from the place, if you plan on taking an Uber, it is extremely expensive because it is so far away. They offer advertise breakfast, however, did not have anything. Awful rooms. I definitely did not like it. I would rather move to a closer place of downtown and pay a bit more because transportation and breakfast expense would compensate for sure.
The bed sheets and pillow covers looked unsanitary. The rug was old and i was afraid to walk without sandals. Room size was good and bathroom looled clean... but given everything else i assumed it was not cleaned properly with disinfectants and such.
We really didn't do any sightseeing in River Grove, although I would've TOTALLY gone to the Eugene Cernan Earth & Space Center if we had the time. We did a little shopping at a plaza in Melrose Park (sorry, we don't remember the name offhand), which was nice, and had some time at Planet Fitness, too.
The motel was fine going to downtown chicago was horrible traffic time as well as cost for parking was ridiculous I could have enjoyed more things except the cost of parking kept sightseeing to a minimum
