I'm giving 100% , excellent in every way. I can not fault anything about it , staff were super friendly, service brilliant, our family suite was super clean and equipped with all our needs. The location was excellent , across the road from 395 Ocean Boulevard is the Beach . Short trip to all facilities / restaurants/shops, ect, on the main Hampton Beach Strip. We will definitely be back again 😊👍

What guests said about Rye:

Location was amazing.

Location was amazing. Central to great things in Portsmouth and Kittery. Definitely hit the lobster shack at Rye Harbor for amazing lobster and really nice people. Wish I'd brought my bike - cycling along the waterfront looked fantastic.

The areas north of Hampton Beach have a lot to offer while being off the beaten path . We tried Wallis Beach. It was very nice and had bathrooms and decent store for last minute toys and snacks. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Besides the most excellent accommodations and personable staff we loved the closeness to the beach. We spent most of our days on Jenness Beach. Fortunate to wake up early to snag one of the coveted parking permits held at the office, we lounged on the beach without worry of a parking ticket. We never tired of this beach, there before 9am until after 3pm. Then there is their restaurant Southport!! We ate there twice because the menu has so many tempting dishes and the food is so delicious, down to earth and a cut above any other restaurant in the area. Then heading north a super short distance, there is a popular ice cream place Lagos Ice Cream. This place is a treat to choose from all the flavors. I got the Albanian Baklava and it was as exotic as it sounds, yum!! We also like this particular location because it's close enough to Massachusetts that we drove there one evening for dinner to our favorite sea side shack, Bob Lobster in Plum Island and then went to the beach for the sunset hours when the green heads were done for the day. If we were up for it, we could have traveled to Maine for a day but just wanted to hang out in Rye. Our trip was simple, leave the mountain of upstate New York, get to the beach and stay there as many days as it takes to ingrain the environment into our bodies, mind and soul. Four nights, five days works for us. Enjoy!!

Rye is a beautiful, quaint little New England town with alot of history as we visited Fort Stark. The beaches were very nice and natural- not commercialized. A little pricey on the parking ($15) for state park parking each day. Proximity of some great seafood restaraunts we enjoyed are the Atlantic Grill Patio (fine dining with casual attire), and BG Boat House. Absolutely delicious seafood!

Rye is the perfect quiet beach getaway but has easy access to Portsmouth and Hampton - both 15 minutes away. We enjoyed exploring all that the area has to offer but especially the quiet scenic beaches in Rye.

Historic town located on the ocean with beautiful beaches.

Historic town located on the ocean with beautiful beaches. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Drive the winding roads to see lovely homes and pretty gardens surrounded by woods. There are several beaches - my favorite is Jenness Beach. A few miles south is Hampton Beach, always a lively place with fireworks Wednesdays and Saturdays in the summer. A few miles north is Portsmouth, with a downtown filled with historic buildings, unique shops and many good restaurants.

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here. The food from the restaurant was amazing, we ordered takeout one night best decision. All the staff was very nice extremely accommodating, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We definitely will be staying here again next time we are in the area. The room was very very clean and I'll be honest I stayed at a few other places in the past and they've almost turned me off to staying at another hotel or Inn but this place here was amazing, can't wait to go back !

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn traveling for a wedding from Connecticut. The staff were very accommodating of a late check in as we wouldn't be checking in until after the wedding. The room was spotless and beautiful. We did get a little lost with another guest of your hotel looking for the ice machine. We didn't realize there was a map provided in the room. Made for a fun adventure.
