Ideal for what we needed Clean spacious room Breakfast was ok Parking was easy

Breakfast was rather basic but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful...especially Annie. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect.

I'm giving 100% , excellent in every way. I can not fault anything about it , staff were super friendly, service brilliant, our family suite was super clean and equipped with all our needs. The location was excellent , across the road from 395 Ocean Boulevard is the Beach . Short trip to all facilities / restaurants/shops, ect, on the main Hampton Beach Strip. We will definitely be back again 😊👍

Good selection of hot and cold breakfast buffet woth lots of other places to eat nearby.Room spotlessly clean with good non slip shower room. Tea and coffee available in room or free from reception. Staff helpful.

Clean room, no frills but for the $$ nice rooms.

There was excellent free coffee in the foyer which is always a plus. The room had everything we needed and was a reasonably short drive to the shops etc. Chosen for the free easy parking and price. Easy access from the road. All staff were smiley which is not always a given in my experience.

Clean. Comfortable bed. great water pressure in the shower. asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered in a timely fashion with extra coffee(which I didn't ask for but appreciated it.

It was the best mattress in the world for a perfect sleep!Big nice and interesting decorated room,everything worked perfect there,i enjoyed the morning coffee, i was happy to take the last parking plot in such a big parking

Unfortunately I had to turn around in the middle of my way to the hotel because I forgot to take my passport in order to cross Canada border the next morning. 3 hours driving back home to get it. So I had no chance to come back to the hotel. But I was delightfully surprised to get my money back. Soooo nice of the hotel staff. Thanks a lot!

Great ambience and character. Lovely parlours to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. Drinks and snacks available at all times. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. We didn’t want to leave!

Reception staff very attentive and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, very modern. Washing machines and dryers on the 4th floor. Super convenient. Tap and pay fantastic. Very clean. Public parking garage next to the hotel $1 an hour

The breakfast options were tasty, fresh and plentiful. Arguably the best continental breakfast we've ever had. The location was central to plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and if you're traveling for a concert at the music hall, you can't pick a better hotel. It was a 4 minute walk!! The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were sparkling clean and the entire hotel felt brand new

Loved the coffee and tea service in the lobby. As well as the lobby area to relax.

Breakfast was great. Took long to be served though when hotel was full.
