We asked for cleaning and they only left new towels. And they clean twice a week. Floor was dirt.

Was staying there for the second time and loved it! Quiet, safe location, always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My pups liked it too, plenty of places to walk them and actually close to a river walk. The downtown and the French Quarter are 15-20 min drive away from the hotel, everything is super accessible. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit NOLA!
