Room with view of the Bay was really good

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s located in a strategic area with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained.

Very quiet, clean and with comfortable beds. Nice location close to many restaurants, and a few minutes to public transportation that brings you everywhere in the city. Interior is amazing and very artistic.

Beautifully laid out on the side of a hill. Fountains very pretty throughout courtyards and pool perfect size.

Amazing location! Great room and hotel. Tons of amenities and services. Great food at Nobu also, highly recommend. The Hotel is located close to the main street and provides tons of attractions on its own + proximity to others. There's also a train station 1 minute from the hotel so it's convenient if you travel without the car. Pool is on the smaller side but the parties are fun. The marina is pretty and a great spot for a walk. Also, close to the convention centre. Highly recommend!

Staffs are very friendly. The cookies are very nice.

Staff was excellent. I had forgotten my phone on the bed. I realized it at the airport and called in a panic thinking they may take the sheets with the phone in them. I was put in touch with Amy who immediately ran to check the room before they stripped the bed. She only found my phone, she drove it out to the airport where I was able to meet her, retrieve it from her and still get on my flight. She was my personal hero that day!

Friendly staff especially Mr Lars at the front desk, very helpful and always with a smile and very polite and attentive, also the surprise of a bottle of wine and chocolate and strawberry’s brought to our room was really surprising and very pleasant.

Beautiful city view at night plus a ocean view you, you can't beat that! Josh ( i think a manager) was exceptional! Will definitely be back

Customer service was amazing, loved the atmosphere

The general location is very noisy until very late at night. My room was on the third floor at the back so I had very little street noise at all and that made the stay MAGIC ... BIG party at the front (a few seconds away) and blissfully quiet in the room when you were ready to sleep

The property was clean and perfectly located to be able to walk around and explore the Gaslamp District.

Very clean, spacious and a great location. it was a very easy booking and the hosts are very pleasant. beds are very comfortable. there is plenty of space and when we arrived it was presented in a very welcoming manner. I would definitely stay here again.
