United StatesThe hotel was easy to get to off the freeway. There is a parking garage across the small street or valet service is available. You can even text them before you come down so they can start to retrieve your vehicle in advance. The view from the room was incredible. We had selected a bay view room, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is very well appointed and has a really nice vibe. The bathroom was spacious and even featured a bathtub, which is actually rare these days. The room service offerings were plentiful, and the food was delicious. The location, room and staff exceeded our expectations in every category.

Sweeping along the coast against a mountain backdrop, San Diego has easy living down to a fine art. Its wonderful beaches and mild climate make it a favorite spring break destination, and with over 40 city breweries, there are plenty of ice cold beers to set the mood.
The city’s most recognizable landmark is the Hotel del Coronado, a wooden Victorian beach resort, now a National Historic Landmark. As original Spanish mission and first in California, it's has been relocated to the Mission Valley area, and Old Town San Diego still has many Colonial buildings and quirky shops. Also great for shopping are Horton Plaza and the boutiques in the beachfront neighborhoods.
The city’s most famous attraction is its zoo in Balboa Park, a few blocks from San Diego International Airport. One of the world’s largest zoos, it is well worth a visit, as is the fantastic SeaWorld, home to several killer whales. To see wildlife in its natural habitat head to La Jolla beach where harbor seals rest, or watch whales in season from Point Loma Lighthouse.

We stayed in the Pacific beach area just outside of the city. Easy to get around if using Uber and the pricing is probably better than the UK or you can use the excellent bus service.
Paciffic Terrace Hotel is excellent.
We dined at many locations in the local area, lots of bars and coffee shops.
Excellent shopping Malls, we visited: Westfields UTC and Fashion Valley

Our dinner cruise was wonderful but use a taxi or Uber since parking is limited. Jet ski ride was great. Sea world was a disappointment. Only one Rollercoaster working and if you're not using the app to direct yourself it is easy to get lost in the park.

The 5 restaurants we attended were so good! Coasterra, Ruths, Poseidon, Great staff, food and drink menu. Our cab driver Tino became our driver for 3 days. Met lots of nice people and the scenery was spectacular.
Unfortunately the weather at 100 degrees stopped us from going to the zoo, safari or beach to swim, but you can't control that, or the Canadian dollar

Lovely weather and a great area to walk around in. The Liberty Station area has loads of artsy things to see and do. The variety of food is excellent and there are little stores and restaurants galore. The San Diego Watercolor Society is on Dewey Road, is free and open to the public which right now is hosting an international water media exhibition, a definite must see!

San Diego is always a great place to visit. There is so much to do there and there is something there for everyone. We have been to the Zoo (which is amazing), Old Town, Pt Loma lighthouse, Seaport Village and La jolla. Great vibe and definitely a great place to visit!

I love downtown SD. So much to do and see. We went to Coronado for lunch, hotel del for cocktails then the Brigantine on San Diego Bay portside for dinner. Then Rady Shell for a concert. Perfect day!!

Excellent location. Little Italy 1 min from hotel, Marina 20 min walk.
Seafront, Conventions Centre and Gaslamp a nice 30/40 min walk or you could easily catch the trolley, $2.50 for a single ride or get a day pass for $6.50 dollars. Full of restsurants, no booking needs. We stayed at the Urban Boutique Hotel, close to all resaurants/tram service, equally you could walk, enjoyed every minute! Lovely people, lovely food, lovely place. I will definitely visit San Diego again!

We have stayed at this property previously which is why we chose it again this trip. We really liked the location of our room which was overlooking the pool area, we had a balcony so that was nice. The room was quite spacious except for the bathroom. The hotel is in a really great location and accessible to the freeways, generally only a 15min drive to most attractions in San Diego.

The location is excellent, especially for exploring downtown San Diego. It is convenient for restaurants, nightlife, and the main attractions.

Basic hotel located on the Hotel Circle in San Diego. Friendly staff let you choose your room. Room on 3rd floor was convenient en quiet. Fast internet and sufficient parking. Restaurant next to the hotel.
