Seeing the beaches in Sarasota, the harbors full of big, beautiful boats. The shopping and dining options, the John & Mabel Ringling Art and Circus museum. It was wonderful! Lido Beach was beautiful and a sea shell lovers paradise. Sea shells to pick up everywhere. Wonderful experience. Weather was very warm, but to be expected in Sept in Florida. Gulf of Mexico ocean was just amazing. Guestroom balcony was great to watch the ocean.

I really love Sarasota.
I really love Sarasota. I've been there a couple of times, for work and pleasure. I like the restaurants and the nightlife atmosphere. There are a few beaches really close. I enjoyed bayfront park, nice spot. Also, C'est La Vie is a great brunch restaurant, the crespes here are amazing.

My stay was great!
My stay was great! However there is a matter that I am bringing to your attention; You had no English speaking housekeeping staff for the most part the housekeeping staff were not friendly in fact one of them was down right rude(She had a I don't give a dam attitude) So I will say this when you come up with a plan that will help your Non English speaking housekeeping staff to communicate better with your guests it will no doubt make for a better customer service experience ( Which will add will significantly to your bottom line profit)!

There were numerous restaurants, places to see performances, art, beautiful parks, Ringling Museum, shopping, and beautiful beaches. We went to Siesta Key Beach and believe that it is the widest beach with soft beautiful sand, lifeguards, beach restaurant & bar, areas to have a picnic. We are both vegan and had dinner at Ka Papa Cuisine where the food was all handmade and exceptional. The "crab" cakes made of Lion's Mane with a special coating and sauce was wonderful. The "meatloaf", mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables with a special carrot sauce on the meatloaf & potatoes and sweet sauce on the vegetables were delicious. This was the best vegan restaurant we have found in Florida!

Spent the week for our son's graduation.
Spent the week for our son's graduation. We don't like the heat, but we spend wonderful time at the Asolo Theatre for the play 12 angry men and then I visited the gorgeous Selby Gardens. If you like smaller crowds, easier parking, I recommend Lido Beach vs Siesta. We had the best pastrami in decades at the newer Palm Avenue Deli downtown. Recommend no frills excellent service and food at the Maharaja Indian Cuisine off of University Parkway. Make excellent leftovers also. For vegan options, Green Zebra Cafe downtown. For special occasions The Reserve. And let's not forget the wonderful used book stores cafe Shelf Indulgence that makes great coffee and other drinks, delicious salads and sandwiches, airport/Ringling museum area.

Sarasota is a great place to v visit iQuiet sophisticated much to do in the
city Clean & well maintained Interesting architecture & sense of scale
Very much enjoyed Armand Cicle & Longboat Key where have previously stayed Not so impressed with Siesta Key which seemed to be geared
for tourists with not much to recommend other than no one beach in USA
Every member of the hotel staff is very warm and friendly. The room is spacious with extremely comfortable bed. We only stayed for one night but it was the best sleep I've had during our one-week trip in Florida.
Room was large, bed was comfy and shower was powerful. Made use of the shuttle to Lido beach area, driver was great. Good location to explore downtown and bayfront.
The location was amazing - across the street from the beach access and walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The pool area was also wonderful!!
