Staff was friendley, room was clean and plenty of space to walk around. Outside grounds were well kept. pleny of light at night. Good breakfast, muffins ,bagles, fruit, breakfast burritos and assorted breakfast drinks.

The property was in a great location only 12 mins drive to Monterey. It was a very quiet neighbourhood. The house is totally geared up for families with play equipment and toys. The house was very clean it had a good kitchen equipment and living room with tv. The master bedroom was comfortable the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. There is a drive for off street parking. The owners were great at communicating I would recommend for a comfortable family stay

Everything you need for a Roadside Hotel.

Everything you need for a Roadside Hotel. Outside and property was well maintained, clean and landscaped. Room was well appointed and for the most part really clean. I very much appreciate a laminate floor vs. carpet that you know is never clean. Had a a nice sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ice machine. Area has grocery stores and restaurants in the area that you can walk to. (Just avoid the Mexican place across the street, unless you want some stomach upset! Trust me you'll thank me!) Again, was everything you needed and will book again for my Concours stay next year! Thank you!

I would rather have stayed in Monterey but too expensive.

I would rather have stayed in Monterey but too expensive. Main street like any other town- fast foods, etc. Great breakfast place: The Breakfast Club. Not cheapest but good food, good service. And freshly made waffles, not from frozen!

Room was clean, carpet smelled.

Room was clean, carpet smelled. We were given a room that was already occupied. I found out when I unlocked the door and opened it. Someone's things were inside. After notifying the manager, he ran to verify. Then, I was given a different room but I did not feel secure after this.

Loved how close the beach was to the hotel, literally within...

Loved how close the beach was to the hotel, literally within walking distance. The drive to the Aquarium was also very close. The shopping centers were also relative close. I would definitely come back and explore more of Seaside.

The beds were very comfortable and no noise from neighboring...

The beds were very comfortable and no noise from neighboring rooms. One elevator was not working so we spent a lot of time in line and using the stair’s to get to the seventh floor. Parking is a $20/night charge after check in. Not valet, not special, not indoor…just plain paved parking lot.

Seaside is right next to Monterey, so the trip over was very...

Seaside is right next to Monterey, so the trip over was very short. Seaside has grown a lot in the last 10 years, and there are many newer businesses geared toward tourism to choose from. For example we were able to catch one of the NBA finals games at the nearby Buffalo Wild wings. Lots of fast food and other restaurants and also shopping such as Grocery outlet and Walgreens nearby. Beach life is just minutes away as well.
