Sedalia is a beautiful and historically significant town in being the place where "Wagon Train" departed for points West. It is also where State Fair Community College has one of the best art collections in the state and in the midwest in the Daum. Check it out.

Colton's restaurant was awesome!!

Colton's restaurant was awesome!! Best meal I've had in a long time. Service was excellent . Explained to our waitress it was our first date and she played along with some of the jokes we saying. All in all, a 11/10 rating. Would definitely go there again and recommend it to others.

I used to live in Sedalia, Missouri from 1983 to 1986 and I graduated Smith-Cotton High School Class of 1984 and I traveled there along with my husband for my 40th high school class reunion on September 26th through 28th 2024 we stayed at the Budget Inn on South Limit Street and I love Sedalia, Missouri it's a very nice town and very quiet too!!! 🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️

Plenty to do, and lots of places to eat.I liked Sedalia. El Tapatio was a great place to eat.Galaxy 10 was a nice movie theater.Jamming Nuggets was a very good record store.Good thrift stores, and antique stores.

i needed a place to stay for a few hrs (6) w my dogs after...

i needed a place to stay for a few hrs (6) w my dogs after driving 11.5 hrs. room was impressively clean with no odors (sensitive nose). bathroom was spotless and bedding was crisp and clean. hotel is 15 min from the interstate so added 30 min to drive time, (arrived 11:30 pm) and had 10 hr drive following day. no remote for tv and no shampoo in the bath, however no surcharge for pets and at $51 was a great deal. internet was fast and reliable. highly recommend

The staff were professional and helpful upon check-in. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable, with friendly staff. It was easy to find and close to everything we needed, including a great steakhouse where we ate supper. It also allowed easy access to the highway. I can’t think of anything I would improve on

There was nothing to our stay we found agreeable other than checking out to get a different hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again. The staff was extremely rude. The front desk man downgraded my reservation after upgrading the woman in front of me checking in. Then told me he had no rooms available matching my reservation, and couldn't change anything because I'd booked the room online. The room was dirty. The beds were tiny. The room was tiny. The entire hotel looks dirty and dingy and needs cleaned or renovated.
