The staff went the extra mile to correct an issue with the reservation. They also assisted with printing in the business center. Their professionalism alone is why I will always return to this hotel. The breakfast was well prepared and the steam table kept it very hot. The server kept replenishing the food and everything was very clean. Housekeeping came everyday to tidy the room and leave fresh towels.

Days Inn always accepts my beloved dog for $15. That is extremely important to me. they also enforce the "no barking dog left alone" policy which I also appreciate.

People in Sheridan were very polite and friendly. The city center has many nice shops for those wanting to shop. Very clean city and saw no free ranging people (homeless). Also adequate dining facilities in the area.

We were just passing through, so this is a quick impression.

We were just passing through, so this is a quick impression. Sheridan strikes me as more attractive than the average Western town. The downtown is very nice and relatively lively for such a small town (about 18,000). There are impressive Western themed sculptures lining the main drag and nice shops and eateries. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Our stay at the Sheridan Inn was amazing.

Our stay at the Sheridan Inn was amazing. The Inn has been restored and maintained true to its history and is just beautiful. Yet, it has all the amenities one would expect in a nice hotel. One caution: There is no shower; the claw foot tub has a hand sprayer to use for showering off while sitting in the tub. Someone with physical limitations may have difficulty getting in and out of the tub. The Sheridan Inn is located just a block from the main street with all the old shops, restaurants, and bars. The continental breakfast was excellent; fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, meat, eggs, etc.. For more historical experiences, go to the Mint Bar on N. Main Street!!

I checked in and went to the floor where the room was and...

I checked in and went to the floor where the room was and there were tons of doors opened and people smoking in all the rooms. I'm not sure what they were smoking. I never went in my room and went across the street and stayed at the Comfort Inn. I will dispute this charge when I receive my Visa bill. Super run down and disgusting motel.

Other motels we stayed in the last couple months had very unfriendly staff noisy traffic in the street Restaurants were not allowing you to dine in which took a lot away from what could have been a very enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sheridan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sheridan. We have family there, so the trip was extra special because we had the opportunity to site-see as well as be with family. Like most towns, Sheridan has many properties that exhibit the owners taking pride in caring for them. There were many others where the properties exhibited a lack of care. Perhaps there could be some kind of incentive program sponsored by the city to encourage people to take pride in keeping their property cared for. It could become a model for other smaller cities throughout the U.S.

I was charged for a third night by the Sheridan Inn. No one had been able to explain this charge. I have contacted booking.con and days inn and no one has responded. Very disappointed all around. This is totally unacceptable and I will be posting this all over Facebook. I have been using bookings. Comm all over the world but never again.

A hotel with lots of history and only 22 unique rooms which are all named after someone who worked with Buffalo Bill on his Rodeo show. There are pictures around the hotel of the history of the hotel with Buffalo Bill. A short walk to the shops in Sheridan - a very nice quiet town with lots of good shops and restaurants.

Hotel was just off the main road and the traffic was noisy so we asked to be moved to a quieter room. Room was small but it was quiet. Reasonable breakfast waffles, toast, cereal, tea coffee, juice. Interesting history about the hotel. Staff were helpful

This is an old place, but somewhat refurbished. Clean and cheerful rooms, comfortable beds. Business oriented hotel. Breakfast was ok. Staff was kind when we needed to use the iPhone in an emergency because ours did not work.
