My stay at The Block Hotel & Commons was amazing. From the first moment we arrived at this hotel, their staff is extremely exceptional. The whole team was friendly, attentive and always willing to help with a smile. You can see the genuine commitment to providing excellent service! Regarding the facilities, it is a modern, cozy, comfortable, clean and very well maintained place. The location is perfect, it has very good landscapes, restaurants, shops and nearby attractions for enjoyment. They really exceeded my expectations I recommend the block hotel & commons 100%, it's a wonderful place!

Staff was every friendly! They were helpful when I was having difficulty printing an email in the business center. Breakfast was good, coffee great! The Roof Top Manager and staff was fabulous and very engaging. Music at happy hour relaxing!

I do really like this town.

I do really like this town. Beautiful landscapes as well as a lot of local shops and restaurants. Have had nice walk to Dillon reservoir which is really worthy to see. Hope to back to this area in the future.

The colors were absolutely breathtaking.

The colors were absolutely breathtaking. This is the best time of year to go to Silverthorne. My son and I took a short hike near Dillion lake, once we reached the top it took my breath away. The most gorgeous panoramic views ever. I highly recommend visisting.

Location was great for the price.

Location was great for the price. Frisco adventure park was only 12 min away. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. We needed to pick up a few things from Target and it was down the street. Highway 70 is a main road giving us access to many towns and we where very close and where able to sightsee. The folks were very friendly and helpful in this town. However, if you need coffee from Starbucks plan accordingly, it took way too long.

The location of Silverthorne is great.

The location of Silverthorne is great. We spend a lot of time there, year-round, for recreational activities. We primarily ate at home on our recent trip; meals out were associated with skiing activities. Easy access to I70 opens possibilities for several ski areas; highway closures in (I70) are a major problem in winter. In summer, hiking, cycling, water activities on Lake Dillon and day trips to nearby towns a]provide plenty of entertainment.

I’ve stayed in Silverthorne 5-6 times over the years, and I have always loved that it is centrally located to so many of the ski / summer resorts like Keystone, A Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Vail Village, and even Beaver Creek at Vail! Since my family owned a condo in Breckenridge years ago but sold it when my siblings and I all starting having children (who are now all adults), I enjoy the mountains more in the summertime, and that’s when I choose to go up to the mountains and stay over for a couple of nights, especially since I moved to Dallas six years ago. I LOVE, LOVE LOVE the Outlet stores in Silverthorne, but in particular the following outlet stores; 1) Ralph Lauren, 2) Columbia Sportswear 3) the Coach Store and 4) Eddie Bauer.

Chose stop at Silverthorne based on convenient geography to break up trip but really enjoyed the stop There was several great restaurant choices for dinner and breakfast. Enjoyed excellent Italian food. Has to have prettiest Target in the US- looks like Swiss chalet Dillon dam walk / drive surprisingly scenic, easy access

Too many bright lights at night. Pool was too cold. Directions weren't as clear getting there. We were there for our anniversary...didn't get to walk anywhere. We drove to several places and that was good. Our lunch was expensive...some cheaper restaurants suggested would have been nice. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it! Thanks. Room was good, just the bright light outside our window wasn't too welcome during the night. We covered up the bright lights in the room during the night.

The biggest surprise and joy was that the apartments have EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay. Spices, dishes, all the grilling equipment, board games, a brush for cleaning the car, sleds for the winter, and much, much more. There is enough of everything - blankets, pillows, cosmetics, towels. The instructions were very simple and clear. But the best thing about these apartments is of course the view from the window - it is simply unreally magical and enchanting.
