Not sure why this hotel has a 2 star rating. It is far better than that. Modern rooms with all the equipment you would expect. Good facilities, large car park and a excellent breakfast.

It was very central for what we needed. Staff were super and the beds and rooms were very comfortable.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We left a couple days to shop and saw the housekeepers cleaning and they take it all out of the room. The fridge the air conditioning filters, nothing is missed. Our room was super clean as well. Location is great too! Close to stores and food. Pak Lee Chinese is the best and the Slice bar. They have great pizza and burgers. We are already thinking about our next visit to see family. Will recommend to anyone looking at staying in Skowhegan. I am disabled and they went ABOVE and beyond making sure we had what we needed without asking. There was a ramp to get into the room and allowed us to leave late due to our situation. Thank you to the Belmont Motel staff and owners.
