IrelandThe most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. We had 2 rooms and the decor in each was different. It is just so beautiful and unbelievably spacious.
The decor in all areas of the hotel is fantastic.
No lobby or staff, you receive a code to check in.
There is an honor bar which is a great novelty.
The bathrooms are stunning, bathrobes and slippers available.
I would live here if I could.

We booked 2 nights there and enjoyed it a lot. The outside was nice too, we sat at night by the fire pit. It was a great experience.

Lovely little town with quaint stores and charm.
Lovely little town with quaint stores and charm. Loved the Sanger wine house. Ate at Peasants Feast and Coast Range both have Michelin stars and our second time at each.
Solvang is very walkable. Olsen's bakery was a favorite for pastries. Many bakeries in the area.

A unique place to visit.
A unique place to visit. If it has been a while since you were there, you'll find many upscale inns and exceptional restaurants.
If you are looking for something to do after dark, check out the wonderful outdoor theatre (in the summer). And there is a casino just a few miles to the east.

We really enjoyed our time in Solvang.
We really enjoyed our time in Solvang. It's a small town, but there's so much charm packed into it. We spent most of our time just walking around, popping into little shops, grabbing coffee and Danish pastries, and enjoying the unique architecture. Everything is close together, so it's easy to explore on foot. The town has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it a great place to slow down for a day or two. We'd definitely come back the next time we're looking for a fun weekend getaway.

For wine lovers, it's a great town. For those who want to take in the town food stores, boutique's and restaurants it's wonderful

Very hot in the middle of summer, but the town is adorable and had plenty to do for everyone in our family. I would like there to be more things open in the later evenings, but there was enough for us.

We have been visiting Solvang for years.
We have been visiting Solvang for years. It is one of our "go to" places. There is a lot of history in the Santa Ynez valley and Solvang is a great HUB for exploring the area. The restaurants are great as well as the shopping. It is touristy, but for us that is part of the experience. People travel from all over to visit this charming little town.
AND--there is a bakery on practically every corner! Yum!

The King Frederik Inn is a great hotel in the middle of Solvang. This hotel is value for money. Read some bad reviews/comments about the breakfast, etc but these are very old reviews and the breakfast is good now. There is a good brand of yoghurt, pastries from the Danish bakery, grain bars, fruits. All the fundamentals are present! Would highly recommend it.

Excellent location, clean and has parking. Property is 5 mins away from downtown Solvang. Check in and out is a really process! The value for money is outstanding.
