The staff were amazing. The man that took us and our luggage to our room was extremely helpful. ( I wish I could remember his name, he did say he has been working there for 38 years)I forgot when booking our room to ask for an ADA room. He called had our room switched went and exchanged keys came back and set us up in a new room. You are so fortunate to have him on your staff.

Many families visiting Sonoma loved staying at Ledson Hotel & Zina Lounge, Sonoma Bungalows, and MacArthur Place Inn & Spa.
We had a beautiful large room with a fireplace, comfortable seating and a very large bathroom. We really enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese cocktail hour and the lovely hot tub. The front desk people were especially helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend the Inn at Sonoma.
Sonoma was a really fun visit. Our first time there. So many wineries we were only able to visit a handful but loved the ones we did visit and have many on our list to see next time! We went for our anniversary and had a very nice dinner at the Swiss Hotel. I definitely would recommend a stop there ... would love to stay in that hotel sometime too! Parking was a bit of a challenge on Sunday afternoon but it was not really crowded - we got in right away at every venue we stopped at.
Could have stayed for weeks without exhausting all the area and town have to offer. Specifically enjoyed ability to access the Sonoma Country Club. The Inn has a relationship with the club which is a must for serious golfers!
CA is expensive but we knew that going in so we were prepared. Had a great time in the area but should have made our reservations to the vineyards earlier so we would have been able to go to some of the ones we missed. Great wine, really good food, perfect weather.
There's nothing I can think of to make our stay better....highly recommend Abbot vineyards for wine tasting and lunch....highly recommend Farmstead for wine tasting...olive oil tasting...AND A MUST FOR DINNER!!@
They changed owners. Not to same as it was before. When I tried to check in, No one was at the front desk & the door was locked. I had to call the number to get someone there to check in. Then I was informed that there was a 10 dollar charge to use the credit card, I told her, " I have no choice, I don't have 510 dollars in cash. After that, She informed me they now have rooster that start to crow at 5:00 A.M. I did not notice that, But I though it was short sighted to have roosters at a Hotel. People will not go back.
Sonoma
The location was excellent in that you could easily walk to Sonoma's Plaza. Lots of restaurants and tasting rooms. Short drives to nice wineries. Well-appointed interior. Clean and in excellent condition. The surroundings are beautiful (grapes growing in the yard and since we came in fall, they were changing colors - just beautiful.) LOVED the hot tub! Met our host as we were leaving and she gave us history on the place. I love that kind of stuff! She was very nice.
The resort was well located , clean and luxurious . Rooms were clean and spacious. I had a pool facing room with balcony which was nice.Good pool area and lounge. 5 mins from Sonoma plaza which has amazing restaurants and boutiques Very Good front desk staff. Easy checkin checkout . Free parking helped:) Overall a great place to stay in Sonoma
Sonoma
The room was lovely. The bonus was a very nice, private outdoor spot with waterfalls and a porch swing. Breakfast was delivered to our porch each day. The Inn is a block from the plaza and in a nice area that is centrally located to Sonoma attractions. It was also an easy drive to Petaluma, Bodega Bay and the Russian River area.
Sonoma
Ideal location in downtown Sonoma - could walk to dinner and shops every evening but just enough off the square that it was quiet and peaceful. They had a beautiful courtyard with comfortable seating around a fire pit for drinking wine or tea in the evening. Such a comfortable spacious room in a tranquil and serene setting.
Room was small, but didn't seem like it. Luxurious old world feel. Comfy big bed and lots of pillows. Nice balcony. In room whirlpool bath was great. Location was perfect, right on the square in old town Sonoma, walking distance to many attractions. Room was serviced daily, which was unexpected these days.
A one night get-a-way which was absolutely worth it! The inn is close to Sonoma square, has bikes you can borrow to explore the area. Very clean and all Covid precautions were adhered to. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful, room comfy and fresh and an unexpected breakfast on the patio was a bonus.
Sonoma
I loved the hospitality of the owner. She is a long time resident of Sonoma. Very hospitable and although the building was older, it had character, nicely done, clean, comfortable bed, good closet space, and cute little working kitchen! So quaint and so close to center of town!
Sonoma
Lady on reception was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel had a traditional feel and was quite nicely decorated with pictures relating to the area. Good coffee machine. Lots of parking. Good location for exploring the area. Fairly good value for Sonoma.
Care and planning definitely went into the design of the grounds and rooms. We usually stay at Sonoma Mission Inn but the rates have become egregious! We were really comfortable at The Best Western and had lots of money leftover for meals and fun!
Sonoma
Nice rooms with large, clean, updated bathroom, nice furnishings, "mud room" at entry, sitting area, private patio, garden setting and walking distance to Sonoma Plaza and Whole Foods.
This was a beautiful wine country property. Great restaurant for charcuterie platters and wine in the lobby. Loved that part of the hotel was in a historic building. The spa was excellent.
