Very courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Everyone was very personable and hospitable. We felt like we got to know them well during a five-day stay. Rooms were very insulated from any outside noise and from our hearing any other guests.

We absolutely loved the beds, they were extremely comfortable and soft. Also the block out blind, the view of Mt Rainier and the huge tv. Also the toiletries in the bathroom, excellent idea.

Room was big, like it was meant for two beds, but we had just one. Room was clean, updated bathroom, breakfast was good. Previous issues with homeless have been taken care of. Did not see a single homeless person.

Inside our room was well equipped, nice, clean, it looked good in the photos! The noise & sound insulation is completely insufficient of this building, including the window! By our request for a more quiet room, the polite reception lady relocated us to an other room, where "only" motorway noise was disturbing!
