Comfy large rooms, recently refurbished to high standard. Amazing location high above Lake Tahoe. Staff were brilliant and v welcoming. Super comfy bed. All sparkling clean. Great facilities including multiple pools and jacuzzis.

Extremely friendly staff and spotless rooms! The beds were really comfy – perfect after a long day of hiking or kayaking. We loved it so much that we ended up booking two more nights at their other location in Tahoe City!

Staff was great, microwave wasn’t working on arrival and they had a brand new replacement avaliable for us straight away, great location.

Very spacious room, newly remodeled. Walkable distance to the Gondola. All the communication with the staff is via text incl. checking in using the door code. This saves a lot of time during the check-in and check-out. Also very helpful staff, quickly responsive in case of any issues. I've got issues with WiFi and they helped resolve it in minutes. Also we accidentally damaged the bedside lamp. After notifying the staff via text, they asked us to reimburse $20, which was fair. All communication was via text - very quick and efficient.

Beautifull and super cosy Room

Without a doubt one of the coziest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, stylish, and welcoming. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the lake and Heavenly Village. The staff were outstanding: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We absolutely loved our stay and would choose The Coachman Hotel again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Inn, nicely renovated. Cozy and modern interiors and nice outdoor space with picnic area, fireplace and pool. Super friendly staff from check in to housekeeping to check out. Great experience.

Perfectly located, big room, clean, easy access

Shower was good, towels were small, bed comforting, no tea or milk, only coffee 🙁

Reception was excellent (kudos to the team), the room is amazing very cozy, clean, quiet, confortable and completed with everything that is needed for a vacation week, the bed was extremally good, easy to access.

Great value for money. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and we had two great nights of sleep. The aircon is a little noisy during the peak heat time of the day, but was tolerable later at night/early morning. I really enjoyed how big the room was, how modern and new it felt.
