The staff were exceptionally accommodating, two significant examples; the remote for the TV wasn't working; they changed our rooms, and even to the extent that I wanted to go swimming this time of year in their pool which was closed, and they especially cleaned it for me to enjoy! Super accommodating at every point, and truly value for money.

The ladies at the front desk were angels. Very accomodating and sweet. I'm from Canada and had a TERRIBLE racist experience at the microtel in lithonia l and was looking for another place to stay to complete my trip. It was a bit out of my way and I didn't have the best phone reception but the ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and like family. And unlike the last place when I explained I needed a late check out due to waiting for my ride they didn't hesitate to let me wait it out as oppose to create a scene and call the cops on a female in a completely country. I honestly was planning on going back to Canada after that experience and this stay just made me realise not everyone is like this in Georgia and the southern hospitality among the native Georgians is still a real thing. I actually was looking to make a review the very same day I left because the little small acts of Kindness from literally every single staff made a HUGE difference and they didn't even know my previous experience. The room was clean and comfy but it really was the ladies that gave me an internal boost to thug it out a little longer in Georgia. I'm a singer who came to work on some music projects and my spirit was honestly dampened and they brought it right back up.Thank you ladies I will definitely be back again!
