A 5-minute drive from Harwood Museum of Art and Kit Carson Park, El Monte Sagrado offers an on-site spa and 2 restaurants. An indoor pool and fitness center are available. We stayed in El Monte Sagrado during our ski trip. Very nice staff and a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable in every way. Would definitely recommend.
Located in Taos, Hotel Luna Mystica has barbecue facilities, garden and bar. This 3-star hotel offers ski storage space and free WiFi. Some rooms at the property include a patio with a mountain view. We liked that it was a unique experience, vistas were stunning and it was cool having the brewery next door. The trailers are clean and modern and the staff were great.
Located 3 miles from the Historic Taos Plaza, this south Taos hotel offers guest rooms with authentic Southwestern art and free WiFi. A daily breakfast is included. Beautiful well cared for rustic and comfortable.
Featuring an outdoor pool and a hot tub, Quality Inn Taos is located off of Route 68 and is a 40-minute drive from Taos Ski Valley. Free WiFi is provided and a free breakfast is served each morning. Great place to stay at, great staff and great value
Located on the historic Taos Plaza, this Taos hotel is adjacent to cafes, galleries and shops. Taos Regional Airport is 10 minutes’ drive away. Free internet access is included in all elegant rooms. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! The rooms were clean and we really loved the mezzanine area. Of course, the location is excellent but the staff really made the difference and we will be back!
5 miles from Taos Mountain Casino, this New Mexico hotel features an indoor pool, hot tub and gym. A hot breakfast is offered daily. Free Wi-Fi is included in all guest rooms. Our reservation had not come through to them correctly and had to be searched. Jessica found it in booking.com with an incorrect name. Everything was fine from then on.

Taos was way better than expected. The Historic Taos Inn was a superb place to stay. I like history, and the Kit Carson Museum completed my love of the novel Blood & Thunder. The Rio Grande Gorge Bridge took my breath away. The Earth Ship Community made me first snicker and then revived my hope for the future. I could not find the hot spring, so I must return. A side trip south to Chimayo, NM I'd highly recommend. Dining was awesome with breakfast at Bent Street Cafe, local brews and pizza at Taos Mesa Tap House, yummy local cuisine at La Cueva, and a superb osso buco at the Historic Taos Inn. Oh, yes, I got a great deal on turquoise earrings for my wife... :)
Taos is a wonderful place to visit at any time of the year. It has everything! Breathtaking scenery, outstanding restaurants and hotels, many recreational options, a vibrant art scene and tempting shopping experiences. I've been many times and I can't wait to come back!
Taos in January was a dreary sort of place but the people are all very nice and helpful. The galleries and museums are very nice. Took refuge in the Taos Inn on Saturday night to get away from my miserable motel and it was a lovely scene with music, packed with people both locals and tourists. It calls itself Taos's living room and had a very nice vibe.
Excelente Pueblo!!! Es hermoso! La cultura, la gente, comida, carreteras, la vista. Es maravilloso. Hotel Luna Mystica la mejor experiencia, Hotel Pueblo Lodge espectacular. Red River, George Bridge, Taos Pueblo, Twirl la jugueteria. Aqui todo es magico.
Taos is a great place to relax or do a lot. It is up to you. I especially like the history and diversity. Hiking, skiing, climbing and great scenery are within your reach. Not hard to get to and near Colorado, the four corners and Santa Fe. Visited Dennis Hopper’s grave yesterday and will stop at st francis of Assisi today!
I arrived on Halloween night and went to the Plaza and saw the community embrace one another with a fun trick-or-treat evening. little ones, and children of all ages dressed up in creative hand made costumes. It reflects the importance of community as well as Art in a town that respects both. Went later for true Mexican food which can be found at many local restaurants. We enjoyed La Cueva restaurant with its' simplicity with wonderful quality in their preparation. The next day we went to Earthships and Rio Grande Gorge Bridge the finished with Millicent Rodgers Museum with most works done by Our Native Americans. Impressed with all for many reasons. Took Millecent Rodgers road opposite of highway for a scenic short drive for a feel of Taos with Gorgeous fall colors everywhere with the rich blue sky backdrop. For a short trip got a lot in of culture, Beauty, Art, great food (great stores Smith's and incredible Cid's) with a wonderful B&B to rest in at La Dona Luz.

This property is a beautiful adobe compound nestled against a hillside. We had a fire place in our room, cookies, and apple cider waiting for us! We simply told the owner who contacted us via phone, we were Vegans and she accommodated us for breakfast! No one has ever done this for us before. We travel with a dog, and there was a gated area out back to run around in. This hotel is VERY animal friendly. The owner also leaves maps out to browse, and take, with tons of recommendations for sight seeing.

The property has a great location, close to the Earth-ships and Rio Grande bridge. It was also great being so close to the Taos Brewing. They had a $2 taco special/ trivia the night we were there. As for the room, the caravan was super cute and the bed was plush and warm. There was also a kettle and hot chocolate that we had on our little balcony.

The Inn is something like a step back in time. Great vibe and wonderful location near the plaza. The saving grace for Taos is the complete absence of grand deluxe scale international chain hotels. La Loma is family owned and operated and has its unique charm and personality. Loved the quiet; Taos is very quiet at night.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff ..in hotel and over text were extremely personable. I'll be bringing my husband next year. Maybe! Or it might just be another girl's get away!!

Beautiful grounds and very quiet even though it sits just off the road about 50 yards. Views of Taos Mountain from the back garden is amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made dinner reservations for us after discussing best places to eat ( we were on our way to a hike after breakfast and they took care of the reservations so we did not have to worry about it). Breakfast each morning was great and hit the spot. We had unlimited access to hot tea, coffee, fruits and cookies that were always available in the kitchen. We sat out side our room under the porch each morning and afternoon and watched the wildlife and monsoon rain storms. Truly relaxing. Rooms were cozy with a fire place and small fridge. No TV which was great! We only spent two nights of our week traveling NM, but if we could do it over we would have stayed the entire week at Hacienda del Sol and enjoyed more of Taos.

Property is very close to all the enticing & noteworthy hubbub. Very charming & nicely kept grounds. Rooms are superbly appointed with local decor. Everyday provisions are provided in your “home away from home”. No detail is missed. Mary Beth even went so far as to grocery shop for our oldest, who is Vegan. (So that she could accommodate her eating choices) Who does that?! AMAZING!!!!! We will definitely be returning to this gem!
