Getting into the property going North on 441 was a little tricky but after the first time it was easy.

Affordable, comfortable, and plan to come back next year. The outside of the hotel was newly painted. Our room was newly remodeled with brand new furnishings. Some of the updates were a bit DIY, but I was extremely impressed! Newly tiled floors; new air conditioner/heating unit; new desk, dresser, night stands and huge flat screen tv; new refrigerator and microwave; new bed and clean, unstained bedding; no musty smell like you often get even at pricey name brand chains. There is a high-powered exhaust fan in the bathroom and the sink and mirror is located just outside the bathroom so that couples can get ready at the same time without being steamed out while the other takes a shower. It is located in a busy downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. 10 minute drive to Eustis and Mt. Dora. 45 minute drive to Daytona and Orlando.
