Large communal dining room, kitchen and use of the sunny garden.

Thayne is such a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of all the touristy places around it. The people are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed all it had to offer from food to groceries to banking and more.

Nice area to get away from the hustle & bustle of life. The grocery store & Ace Hardware were very nice. Very Friendly & welcoming small town.
The house was amazing!! Lots of room especially for a family! Is a great place just to get away!
We played golf at Cedar Creek Golf Course nearby & was exceptional!!

We were just passing through this trip, but are very familiar with the area. Lots to do: white water rafting on the Snake and Grey's Rivers, lots of fishing opportunities, beautiful Palisades reservoir just up the road, lots of wildlife viewing, and considerably cheaper than staying in Jackson or the Park. The local grocery store in right across the highway and has a great selection of deli type meals. For $26 we (hubby and wife) had dinner, lunch, snacks for the next day's drive, and dinner the next evening. Take a cooler and save a bunch!

Thayne is not a tourist destination.
Thayne is not a tourist destination. We stayed here 90min away from the Grant Tetons National Park to avoid the excessive prices at Jackson Hole. If you enjoy small town Western living, this place has charme. Make sure to come Wedenesday to Saturday and enjoy live music in the local pub. Its a great experience.

The town is very small and closes down around 5:00pm.
The town is very small and closes down around 5:00pm. The hotel was very nice, clean, easy check in and out. The owners are friendly and the room and environment was peaceful. I will stay there again if I am every close.

The atmosphere of the place. It felt like home.
The atmosphere of the place. It felt like home. It was located close to local business that we could just walk. Even though it was next to the main road it still felt secluded. We'd recommend it to our family and friends. It wasn't was classy yet not pricey.

It was so tastefully decorated. Our host was so pleasant and helpful. It was so clean and welcoming. I felt like we were in a delightful little oasis. Usually I feel scattered when I vacation because I don’t have all the comforts of home. This place provides all the comforts and I felt so relaxed here. The views were amazing as always in Star Valley. I will definitely be booking here again and again.

It was clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice. The flowers were nice. It’s a good price for being anywhere near Tetons np, even though it’s about 100 miles.
