The hotel was GREAT!!! Parking not soo good, lot was full every night by the time of our return, so that was challenging trying to find a parking spot. Location directly off the highway was GREAT for getting to all our site destinations. - 4.0

Great towels. Good beds. Warm rooms. Very nice staff. OLD facility. Very run down. Hasn’t seen a deep clean in years. When I sat in the tub, I could smell very old pee. Like an alleyway. Plumbing is loose. Zero added value to the room. Not even bottled water or a microwave. If you want to nuke your meal, you walk to the end of the hall and stand in the freezing draft while waiting. Super limited snacks. Broken fridge. There was trash in the hall in front of my door. You need to request cleanings but they don’t tell you that.

Our review of Thornton is that we were very satisfied with all phases, the staff treated us very well, the rooms were excellent, the bathrooms looked brand new. Bed linen was filthy n took two days to get clean linen for second bed. water faucet on sink had the cold on hot side n hot on cold, that was stupid and should have been reported by earlier guest. main door to room was missing striker plate which made room unsafe. all of these problems were reported to desk personnel and to two different general managers. do NOT recommend the hotel.
