United StatesClean and comfortable room, bright, lots of lamps. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is a USB charger for gadgets on the bedside table. Fireplace, very cool. Jacuzzi. Kitchen with microwave. . In addition to the fireplace, the room also has a heater. Everything is clean everywhere. You can fry meat in the barbecue area. Nearby is a swimming pool and a gym. Wonderful breakfast!!!! Convenient check-in and check-out times. The staff is very friendly and very professional. I will stay at this hotel every time.

Each villa has own patio terrace with pergola and BBQ. It’s very comfortable temperature at home - climate system makes sure temperatures stays same! Equipment is very special too!

Perfect place to stay after a good hike at the national park...
Perfect place to stay after a good hike at the national park. Room was clean and breakfast was pretty good! Convenient to restaurants and convenience store. Don't expect a high end or 5 start hotel in this area, but if you compare it to all the other places around here, this one earns the 5 star.

The Mexican food restaurant Casa Mendoza has the best food and service. Next d to the restaurant is a small grocery store if you need to pick up some items.
I wouldn't go in August because the weather is just too hot.
It is just 4 miles from Sequoia national Park. Inside the park the roads are winding with 10 to 20 mile a hour turns but well paved.

Three Rivers is at the gateway to Sequoia N.P.
Three Rivers is at the gateway to Sequoia N.P. Cozy Cottage was only 20 minutes from Park entrance (the reason for our trip). The small town is quaint and friendly--a 'strip' village along the highway.

This is my first review, but I feel compelled to warn other...
This is my first review, but I feel compelled to warn other travelers. The place is completely overpriced with poorly maintained facilities. The room was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere. Worst of all was the noise: the air conditioning and the fridge were unbearable, and I had to turn the AC off just to get some rest. The staff was not welcoming at all. To make things even worse, we found a surprise “amenity fee” added to the bill, which had never been mentioned in the booking details and about which no one informed us. We tried to ask by email and phone why this fee was applied, but never received an answer. Not only that, but they even hung up on us without any explanation and then disconnected the line. Overall, it was a terrible experience for the whole family.

Its not three rivers that I am reviewing but, Sequoia NP.
Its not three rivers that I am reviewing but, Sequoia NP. We hit the highlights in the am and first part of the afternoon. We could have stayed a lot longer, but are visiting all the NPs in Cali so we were only looking to hit the highlights.

The location was excellent and a good place to rest and refresh before setting off early the next morning to see "General Sherman" and the National Sequoia Forest.
The two staff were very pleasant and informative. There were a couple of eating places nearby that they told us about but also that there was a good and nearby supermarket which had all the food we wanted.
The rooms were spacious and everything worked fine but I would have preferred to pay a little more and seen an upgraded kitchen and bathroom.
Still very good value for us

We had a warm welcome from Lisa, who gave great recommendations on where to eat in the area. Our stay began with a dip in the pool, which was perfect after a long hot drive. There was ample parking at the property and it was well located for visiting Sequoia National Park. The garden is beautiful and surrounding scenery stunning. A delicious and filling breakfast was served in the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Really warm and welcoming. Other properties on the site but still felt like we were on our own, love the little porch. Owner sent us detailed instructions and recommendations. Three Rivers is such a great town.
