Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay across the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom set up. Very clean and well cared for. Kitchen is equipped with great tools and appliances for cooking. House stayed nice and warm even in frigid temps over the weekend! Also, perfectly located right in the center of adorable Litchfield shopping & restaurants. Also a very easy drive to Mohawk mountain. Can't wait to come back!

The Kiln! What an iconic history behind it. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and well presented. The front desk receptionist, Tom was super helpful. I feel though, there should be USB charging ports in the room.

The room smelled of cigarettes and mold, it was about a...

The room smelled of cigarettes and mold, it was about a hundred degrees in the room, there was blood stains on the sheets of the messy bed. The hole where the smoke detector once was had red wires hanging out of it. No smoke detector in the room. The bathroom had gnats fling around. The curtain was hanging off the rod. The place was disgusting. Don’t ever book a room here.

This is the third time I have left this.

This is the third time I have left this. The place was disgusting it had bugs. I was bit at least three or four times within less than 5 minutes that we were in that room. We would not stay and would not take another room. If one room has bugs more than likely all the rooms have bugs. The bedding was dirty and the beds springs you can feel. A bad cheap mattress. And it smelled. No way in hell we’re we staying there for our 30th anniversary let alone any other time of the year. They need to be reported to the health department. If I don’t get a full refund for this room that I did not stay in, I will report them to the health department and shit them down if I have too.

We had a nice stay and it was very cozy. The apartment was very clean and met our needs. The locking system made us feel very secure and safe. The furnishings and decor were unique and made for a relaxing environment. Kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials and appliances were in good condition and clean. Bathroom was roomy, much nicer than you'd expect and nicely updated with nice fixtures. The bedroom was cozy but also nicely decorated. Loved the down comforter!
