We was so excited to just get off the road and get in our...

We was so excited to just get off the road and get in our room... We were ready to shower and relax... instead my wife ended up with hives due to the shampoo and body wash she used that is provided by the hotel... worst night of her life! She just wanted to get to Walmart across the street and take something to get some kind of relief!... who knows what they use to refill those bottles!...

This hotel is very clean and quiet.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Super friendly! The transactions were smooth with no issues and it made for a great weekend getaway for cheer competitions in Troy.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was fine and we are picky.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was fine and we are picky. Toiletries were minimal to non existent. Clean and protected real glasses would be more reassuring in Covid conditions. Minimal soap seems unnecessarily cheap. Room itself was fine and was what we expected. Issues seem somewhat trivial but so easy to fix. In the past I travelled a great deal with significant stays in Hilton hotels. Critique is offered constructively
