We booked the king suite and it was very delightful. The bed was big and comfortable. The sofa was a nice addition where we could socialize. The bathroom was also spatious. When we requested cleaning, the staff arranged my make up. Everybody was very nice.

It was very clean and spacious. Receptionist Ashley was fabulous. Made us feel at home. The hotel was far away from everything so a car was needed. Loved the pool.

I would recommend a homeless person to that place roaches mold my son has asthma and I told the guy that was in there I said bro I need my money back. He said you can’t get your money back do was about to get beat up. Didn’t even know it so I waited till 9 AM and I just said if I get my money back, we gonna have some problems. I came back over at 9 o’clock in the morning. He kept saying the same thing I said we better get your manager. I said because I’m about to call the health department and report y’all I got these pictures. The place is filthy.

Tyler is beautiful but lots of traffic but they keep it...

Tyler is beautiful but lots of traffic but they keep it moving. We were there for a meeting at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. Beautiful! We did some shopping and stayed over night for a doctor's appointment.

Tyler is amazing! The Rose Garden is absolutely beautiful.

Tyler is amazing! The Rose Garden is absolutely beautiful. Went to both military museums. Have to say the Freedom Museum is one of the best military museums I've ever been to. Our hotel was off of Broadway. So, we were close to everything--restaurants, stores, entertainment. The people of Tyler are so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

Passing thru from a vacation and only stayed one night.

Passing thru from a vacation and only stayed one night. Hotel was clean, room was large and bed comfortable. We had a full kitchen. Great tv and internet. Restaurants and stores galore. Everything was close. Would stay again.

Tyler is a beautiful city.

Tyler is a beautiful city. Great restaurants and places to visit. We went to Mama's on Fifth St., Bryan Cheesecakes on Beckham, Applebee's and Whataburger on Beckham. All wonderful and favorite places!!

Tyler is a beautiful small city with plenty to do!

Tyler is a beautiful small city with plenty to do! Lots of nice restaurants & plenty of attractions in & around it. We ate at one of our favorite restaurants, FD's Grillhouse ; we went to a concert at Green Acres Baptist Church and we walked through the Tyle Rose Gardens!

It was clean and quiet. Met my needs and perfect price. Rented 2 room wished I got a discount but no biggie. Seen a couple shopping carts 🙄but that’s should be taken back to store from the guest that used it.I used it later to push my niece in for a ride…it was hilarious considering she’s 40 years old lol. But other than that it was clean in and out.

The lady at the front desk swiped my 4 credit cards and kept saying they did not go thru. I asked for a Manager and she fixed the issue but later that day all my cards are charged!!!! Nothing!! Pool and room was dirty wirh roaches crawling!!!
