Everything was excellent — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Great staff and overall a very pleasant stay.

The receptionist at check-in was incredibly nice and kind. They offer a shuttle service, but they book you a ride with Lyft when it's not available. 15 minutes from EWR. very clean and nice hotel.

The room is wonderful and comfort. It located next to the Newark Airport.

It was close to Airport and the staff very helpful. The hotel is always very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You never have to wait long for the shuttle bus and driver very helpful.

There was free coffee and tea service. Christmas/holiday decoration was beautiful at the front desk and lounge. Staff at the desk were very kind. Even though my first name and the last name was written opposite in order, the front desk lady quickly managed and processed it and we had no problem checking in because Japanese people write name last name first then first name. Requested early check in and paid $40 which I thought was reasonable.

the hotel has been renovated recently. Very nice and big rooms with a good space for work. the beds are so confortable and amazing. All the staff in the hotel is really really nice.

IHOP the only place for breakfast. About a block away.

Close to New York by bus but it doesn't go often. Close to burger king etc. Ok parking. TV.
