Everything. The place was charming, above our expectations. We loved our stay, from the tent that was beautiful and clean, to the meals we had, the smores & fireplace, the game we played at night with other guests. Honestly the best experience.

072B Affordable Retreat nr South Rim Sleeps 4- no kitchenette offers accommodations in Valle, 25 miles from Grand Canyon Village.

We loved that accommodation, communication with the landlord was great, comfy beds, good AC, very clean (but vacuuming under the beds is necessary), gorgeous location half an hour closer to Grand Canyon than Williams! (just be prepared there is no paved street when you arrive from the 64 street to the mobile home park), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee basics, microwave, fridge were provided. Silent area, kind people, nice sunset.

072A Affordable Getaway near South Rim Sleeps 4- No Kitchenette offers accommodations in Valle, 25 miles from Grand Canyon Village.

It was a very quiet delightful stay. It was incredibly dark so we could see stars for miles! It was close enough to the Grand Canyon yet far enough from the crowds. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Do not stay there!!!!! No Wi-Fi, filth and broken objects. Stairs leading up to second floor are full of hair and indescribable objects. Nasty!!!!!!! Our tv did not work and the fire detector was outside broken.

The road to the property is horrible, but the homes themselves for the price and what our family needed were perfect. Basic groceries once we got there, I would recommend grabbing in another town as prices are CRAZY with and close to the Grand Canyon. The commute to visit the park was so easy, and better than an expensive hotel with less amenities and hearing all the neighbors in a hotel is a hard pass for us! This tiny home met our needs

Left after 1st night of 2-night reservation; wasted $500.

Left after 1st night of 2-night reservation; wasted $500. It was quite cold (in the low 40's) and the wood stove heating was grossly inadequate, and we couldn't sleep. Ludicrous at $500/night. Upon advising the Front Desk, they said "the company is looking at bigger stoves that can provide more than just a few hours of heat without being refueled". No apologies or suggested accommodation. "Stargazing" tent (we paid extra for) did not have any way to block sunlight or moonlight. No stargazing programs. Front desk/"concierge" was unhelpful arranging a helicopter tour. Dinner was expensive and mediocre: pork loin was overcooked and EXTREMELY dry (fried yucca was great). Very poor housekeeping: small lantern over bathroom sink had no charge upon check in. One battery pack had only one bar of power. Location in Valle AZ is ugly, essentially a featureless field behind a housing development. Did not meet any of the expectations created by the web site and marketing materials. We are not new to glamping, but this was a terrible experience. Stores around campfire was fun; met some folks from France.

Very very far from Grand Canyon!

Very very far from Grand Canyon! Valle has no interest, except allowing you to stay in more affordable hotels than in Grand Canyon. That is why the hotels in Valle are expensive if you think of their quality! They get clients whatever they propose for their price! Grand Canyon inn is very very expensive for what it is. For far less we had a five stars suite of 50 square meters in Las Vegas ! Grand Canyon inn has no equipments though they are mentioned on Booking.com This hotel is old and dirty. That is Valle, very far from Grand Canyon but luving on a false location on booking.com (it says Grand Canyon Village which is a lie).

I loved the tents, the staff, and the experience of being closer to the environment. We had breakfast there in the morning but I'm disappointed that we didn't eat our supper there as well. The wood stove was easy to light and our tent was very cozy.

Valle lets you rest before you get to the Grand Canyon.

Valle lets you rest before you get to the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon Inn is pet friendly and has a great restaurant. Valle has that Route 66 feel and all the sites are interesting to see with their authentic art or helpful caretakers.

Clear sky resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the road to the Grand Canyon, this makes a trip rather easy, however it is distand enough not to have any noises, or light pollution. Domes are super convenient you will be warm at night and cool during the day. Local food truck on premises serves great food, and there are couple of options nearby. The room has everything you need - hot shower, AC, heater. And a huge window full of stars. People who work there make this place a charm they are caring and always helpful.

The location is fabulous. Views amazing, peaceful and super quiet. 20mins to Grand Canyon park entrance, 30 mins to visitor centre. It felt like home. The hairdryer was missing, within 30 mins of a message late in the evening someone brought one! Brilliant team here, asked us if we needed anything. Arrive with all the food you need from Williams or Flagstaff, food is really expensive in the park general store.

The location (proximity to Grand Canyon) was great, the tents were alright. Bed was comfortable despite the cheap wire frame fold-out type, but having to pay additional for basic heat is unbelievable. Nickle and diming customers even after paying over $100 for basically a tent in the middle of nowhere. Terirble value for the money, would not recommend! Also, bathrooms don't work.

The location was excellent for the Grand Canyon. The beds were comfortable, and it was just what I needed for my stay (Hot shower and comfy bed). Host John S., outstanding in helping as much as he could about nearby points of interest and was always reaching out to make sure things were running smoothly.

The camp is a very interesting and unusual place. It’s very close to Grand Canyon, just around 20-30 minutes drive. The place was well organized. you can park your car just next to your tent! There are some fireplaces that you can use so bring some food and enjoy your time!

Clean, comfortable and great value for such close proximity to the entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. We drove through Grand Canyon Village and were glad we didn’t book an expensive property there as it felt commercialized.
