United KingdomWe mostly dealt with the receptionists. They were all friendly & lovely, especially the agent we dealt with originally. He was on shift most evenings of our stay & he always helped us whenever we had an issue. I forgot to get his name, but he was lovely.
The room was clean when we first checked-in, however it's only cleaned sporadically.
The fixings in the rooms are a little bit dated & worn out.
It's in a good location, a few minutes away from the local shops & an expressway.

United KingdomStaff were very pleasant and helpful from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, reception and Assistant General Manager. Facilities were good. Location was great with a shopping centre within walking distance with lots of places to eat out too. Room and kitchenette were fabulous.

Out of all 6 states, east and west coast , working for Amazon, I can attest that this has been my favorite and most enjoyable accommodations away from home. Rein’s Deli is wonderful.
Rein’s Deli is wonderful. It evokes memories of Kosher deli’s fifty or more years ago. I always try to stop there for a nosh on my ways to and from Maine, which I visit two or three times each year.

Clean. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Need a place to stay for the night and this served its purpose for us. This is probably our fourth time staying here and we’ve never had a bad experience.good restaurants very close.

The beds were very comfortable I did not like the bathroom...
The beds were very comfortable I did not like the bathroom and when I booked I requested a first floor which they had given me but once I opened the door that room was very nasty and uncleaned. I was then moved to the second floor which I did not like due to it being on the second floor and the bathroom was not to nice or clean, I am an older woman and I want safety and cleanliness.

The location was great. We like to come off the highway, get gas, then go straight to our hotel. We also like to have a place to eat within easy walking distance. This hotel met all these criteria. Also, the hotel used Dove toiletries, which I like.

The hotel is geographically convenient for us between MD and Maine. It's proximity, located close to a major highway is helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety.
