Stategically located close to US 290 in Waller. Short distance to Houston Premium Outlets and not too far from Katy Mills. We chose the hotel for a stop over on our way to Mexico. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Nice staff! All in all a great experience.

Got an upgrade as they couldn’t give us the room that we booked. We booked a room with a twin bed and a sofa bed. At first we were assigned a room with only a twin bed. Then upon our complaint, they gave us an upgrade- a room with 2 queen size beds. So it was nice of them. Got parking, late night check in and breakfast. So overall, good value for money.

This was my first time in Waller I came for an anniversary...

This was my first time in Waller I came for an anniversary celebration in the in-laws live In a neighboring city just 13 miles away. The area seems very beautiful lots of little unique stores that I wish I would’ve had more times to explore including it’s not far from major cities. A lot I no drive to be here in the afternoon. Definitely will be back. Also there’s always Bucees

Waller is a really nice area.

Waller is a really nice area. You can get up on 290 and hit all the popular restaurants and the outlet. We ate at Gringo’s, but didn’t have time to shop at the Michael Kors store. I could actually live there.

Overall in all aspects from the ground and landscape and new building excellent. Personnel to management,( high plus), cleanliness, (outstanding). Breakfast was great(variety) .Total visit not a disappointment at all. Spent 2 nights. Highly recommend, no doubt!

Great place for the price.

Great place for the price. Rooms were extra cold which we loved. Beds were super comfortable. Smelled, looked and felt clean when you walked into the hotel and rooms. We have been sleeping on Best Western. We usually stay at Hiltons but we will be checking out Best Western's now too.

We spent the night there to go on the Bluebonnet trail...

We spent the night there to go on the Bluebonnet trail around Brenham the next day, and it was fine for that, didn't see any of Waller. The trail wasn't much, compared to the Hill Country or Ennis, but it was OK. Visited Washington on the Brazos museum, impressive and out of the way.

I can’t rate this property properly because they had NO POWER when we got there. Why would you accept a reservation when you can’t offer your paying customers a place to stay?? Absolutely ridiculous. I will not book through Booking.com again. Call the hotel directly. Paid for nothing.
