I didn’t get to stay for breakfast at the staff member who check me in and check me out. We’re really great. The place for super clean and I would absolutely stay there again since it’s so close to the airport.

What I liked the most was the pool and the outside where the grills are. Another thing I liked was the breakfast in the morning, they make a meat for tacos that tastes exceptional.

We arrived at 11:30 PM on April 17 after a four-hour drive from New York, following a full day of work and school. We were extremely tired and just looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly—the front desk attendant was unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her. When we entered the room, we were disappointed to find a strong musty odor, along with noticeable smells of weed and cigarettes. This was especially surprising given that the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free. The sheets did not smell fresh or clean, which added to our discomfort. Additionally, the room was only stocked with one set of towels despite our reservation being for four people. We had to request additional towels after settling in. Due to how exhausted we were, we chose not to address these issues that night or request a room change—but in hindsight, we should have. The only reason we stayed was because we had a family engagement nearby the next day. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we hope improvements can be made for future guests.

Compared to any other hotels, the towels were dirty.

Compared to any other hotels, the towels were dirty. They have things on them. The other people that were staying there next to my room. We’re very loud and very rude banging at 4 o’clock in the morning. The beds are really not that comfortable is just not in my comfort zone at all.

Joe had no concern or anything that was going on in the hotel, smoking marijuana and smoking cigarettes in the hotel. I have no problem with it either but rules or rules and Kim Hr Francesca associate was very rude and threatened to call the police on me because my payment wasn’t going through until the late afternoon because I was double charged.

We were there to see family in February so....not sure but...

We were there to see family in February so....not sure but the Biome center was cute . There are malls for shopping and lost of restaurants. Check out The Brook Kitchen and Bar restaurant for great food.

Walking distance to great restaurant and has better reviews than the other Big Chain Hotel next to it. Breakfast was hot and well stocked by friendly staff who was on hand to help or answer questions that guests may have. Don't let airport location fool you that there will be noise it is very quite.

Nasty moldy carpets . Wheezing because of this !!! Would not go back !!! Room was charged on my daughters credit card when I got to the hotel I changed my credit card in the end both cards were charged trying to resolve this now that’s poor management that should never of happened!!! So so very disappointed I never took pictures my mistake. I should’ve done that.

We had a great experience from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Jon who helped us during check in was very kind and helpful. We used the swimming pool which was warm and nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was also good.
