I went down to the hotel bar for a drink and dinner and the bartender was exceptional. She was very attentive and handled all of the people's food and drinks with ease. I felt welcomed and pampered.

It was a great location for what we needed. Breakfast could have started a little earlier since we needed to be to our event at 730 on a sunday so made it hard to enjoy the free breakfast but was thankful they offered it.

Great hotel, good location in Detroit suburbs, near restaurants, supermarkets and close to the highways. Bedroom (king bed one) was of a great size. Good breakfast and pool. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

WE WERE VISITING WITH FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS IN WATERFORD. THEY HAVE LIVED HERE FOR MANY YEARS, AND LOVE IT. THEY ARE SENIORS, AND THERE ARE MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THEM TO DO, EVEN IN THE WINTER MONTHS. WATERFORD HAS MANY LAKES, SO A LOT OF RECREATIONAL AREAS FOR FAMILIES TO ENJOY ALSO. MANY NATURE AREAS. LOTS OF GREAT PARKS FOR THE KIDS TO ENJOY. IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT!

This hotel is awesome for the price. The night crew (aka Christian.. lol 😉) is absolutely phenomenal! He is a true gem. He is so helpful, comforting, and such a nice gentleman. He is the main reason we keep returning! He worked to accommodate us in every way possible. We could easily go to a "5 star hotel' and spend 200+ bucks for our "getaways" - but ever since we met him- we just feel so comfortable each time we return. Thanks for always being so amazing Christian! You truly are a rockstar ! 😎

It’s a basic hotel. You get what you get. Fridge in room was so loud I had to unplug it. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. I could hear the fountain and music in reception all night long which was annoying when trying to sleep

The Starr were extremely nice, beds are comfortable, nice big bathtub with jets in every room, the pool is nice and clean, the hotel is pretty clean for the most part.
